1、中文摘要本文以产业组织学理论为支撑，首先探讨了绩效的涵义，确定了研究角度为市场绩效：其次，根据绩效的评价标准及保险业的功能确定了行业资产利润率和总准备金为绩效的考核指标并分析了中国保险业绩效现状；再次，分析了市场结构及国内经济环境对绩效的影响，选取C＆、HHI和GDP为进一步研究的影响因素；最后，建立数学模型，定量分析上述影响因素对绩效的作用与影响，从而找到中国保险业绩效不高的原因，提出合理的政策建议。本文的实证结果表明，以C＆、HHI指数为代表的市场集中度对中国保险业绩效有显著地影响，随着市场集中度的下降，中国保险业的绩效是越来越高的，但同时要注意引进市场主
