5、//1华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院,武汉430030;2济南市第四人民医院脊柱关节外科,济南250031摘要:[目的]明确颈性眩晕的临床分型和寻求更好的治疗方法。[方法]将347例颈性眩晕患者随机分为实验组和对照组采用不同的治疗方法,对其治愈率及治疗时间进行统计学分析。[结果]实验组的治愈率高于对照组,而治疗时间短于对照组,均有统计学意义。[结论]对颈性眩晕进行临床分型采用不同的治疗方法能提高治愈率,缩短治疗时间。关键词:颈性眩晕,上颈性眩晕,下颈性眩晕,临床分型中图分类号:R68文献标志码:A文章编
