3、diagnosedthroughCTscanduringJan．2008toDec．2012weregatheredandretrospectivelyanalyzed．Amongthem，73caseswereclassifiedasBosniak1I，34asIIF，38asIlland25asⅣ．105patientsweremaleand65werefemale，aged20to85years．87lesionswereontheleft，66ontherightand17werebilatera

4、1．8Opatientsreceivedsurgicaloperation，andtheBosniak1，IIF，Ill，Ⅳclassificationwere18，8，30and24respectively．25patientsreceivedretroperitoneallaparoscopicrenalcystunroofing，15laparoscopicpartialnephrectomy，7lap—aroscopicradicalnephrectomy，6openradicalnephrect

5、omy，27openpartialnephrectomyandtheother90patientsunderwentradiologicfollow—up．Thebenign／malignantratio，pathologicfeaturesandfollow—upresultsofeachcategorywereanalyzed．ResultsOfallcases，1Bosniak1lesion(5．6)，1BosniakIIFlesion(12．5)，16Bosniak1]Ilesions(53．3A

7、I．Atotalof41caseswerebenign，including26simplecyst，3cystassociatedwithbleed—ing，5cystassociatedwithinfection，4cysticnephromaand3renalhamartoma．Duringthefollow-upof6—65months(mean25months)，nolocalrecurrenceandmetastasisoccurredinthemalignantcases．Duringthe6
