1、临床研究Linchuangyanjiu《中国医学创新》第11卷第8期(总第296期)2014年3月舒芬太尼与芬太尼对老年全麻诱导气管插管循环功能的影响莫振科①梁家新①【摘要】目的：探讨舒芬太尼与芬太尼对老年患者全身麻醉诱导气管插管循环功能的影响。方法：选取2010年1月一2013年1月本院收治的全身麻醉气管插管下完成手术的80例老年患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各4o例，观察组给予舒芬太尼0．3～0．6‘g／kg，对照组给予芬太尼3-6I_Ls／kg，观察比较两组患者的心率、平均动脉压变化以

2、及发生高血压、低血压、心动过缓及心动过速情况。结果：观察组诱导时和插管后5rain其心率均明显快于对照组(P<0．05)，插管时心率明显慢于对照组(P<0．05)，观察组诱导时和插管后5rain其平均动脉压均明显高于对照组(P<0．05)，插管时平均动脉压明显低于对照组(P<0．05)，观察组中高血压、低血压、心动过缓及心动过速的发生率均明显少于对照组(P<0．05o结论：舒芬太尼应用于老年患者全麻气管插管诱导，心率和平均动脉压几乎无变化，循环功能稳定，值得临床推广。【关键词】舒芬太尼；芬太尼；老年；气管
