1、河北中医2014年6月第36卷第6期HebeiJTCM，June2014。Vol36。No．68l3乌荞降糖颗粒对糖耐量减低患者血糖及血清胰岛素的影响※李晓东高秀娟江春花齐峰喇孝瑾孙娜(河北省唐山市丰润区利康医院中医科，河北唐山064002)【摘要】目的观察乌荞降糖颗粒对糖耐量减低(IGT)患者血糖及血清胰岛素的影响。方法将100例IGT患者随机分为2组。对照组50例予运动治疗，治疗组5O例在对照组治疗基础上应用乌荞降糖颗粒，2组均连续治疗6个月。观察2组治疗后转归情况，比较2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、

2、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)及空腹胰岛素(FINS)变化。结果治疗组治疗后糖耐量正常率高于对照组(P<0．05)。治疗组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbAlc及FINS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0．05，P<0．01)；对照组治疗后FPG、2hPG及FINS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0．05)；治疗组治疗后2hPG、HbAlc及FINS均低于对照组(P<0．05，P<0．01)。结论乌荞降糖颗粒可有效改善糖耐量，降低IGT患者发生糖尿病的风险。【关键词】葡糖耐受不良；胰岛素；中药疗法；养麦属；剂型【中图分类号】R589．101；R977．15
