6、institutionalizationan（一）融资租赁概述融资租赁是一种以设备为载体，集贸易、金融、租借为一体的特殊金融产品。我国融资租赁业对融资租赁一致的定义是：融资租赁是由出租方融通资金为承租方提供所需设备，具有融资、融物双重职能的租赁交易。它一般涉及三方当事人：出租方、承租方和供货方（有时候出租方与供货方合而为一）；并由两个或两个以上合同所构成。出租方根据承租方的要求和选择，与供货方订立购买合同并支付货款，与承租方订立租赁合同，将购买的设备出租给承租方使用。在租赁期间，由承租方按合同规定，分期向出租方交付租金。租赁设备的
7、所有权属于出租方，承租方在租赁期内对该设备享有使用权。在租赁期满时，设备可以由承租方按合同规定留购、续租或者退回出租方（融资租赁各方关系见图1－1）。融资租赁经过50多年的发展，在直接融资租赁的基础上已发展形成了以下几种行之有效的具体方式：主融资租赁、转融资租赁、售后回租融资租赁、杠杆融资租赁、抽成融资租赁、综合性融资租赁。根据融资租赁的定义，我们可以发现融资租赁有如下几个特点：培养学生的阅读习惯，通过阅读欣赏短文，引导学生感悟大自然的美，激发热爱家乡的感情。语文生活，让学生认识到生活中处处有语文，学习语文应走出课堂，在生活中自主
