2、,ZhengzhouUniversity,Zhengzhou450001,China)(2.DepartmentofPrecisionMechanicalEngineering,ShanghaiUniversity,Shanghai200072,China)摘要在对新一代产品几何技术规范GPS(geometricalproductspecification)采样要求分析的基础上,采用现有仪器对样品轴的圆柱度进行多组实测,同时结合计算机模拟分析,深入探讨现行测量方法的局限性和存在问题,即现有的仪器和现行的测量方案难以满足GPS采样规范隐含
3、的采样面密度和采样频率要求。计算机模拟分析与工件实测结果均表明,实现圆柱度精确测量评定的关键是提高轴向采样频率fL和采样面密度DS。文中提供利用2D面阵传感器结合多孔径重叠扫描拼接技术进行圆柱度测量的实例,给出其轴向采样频率fL和采样密度DS均为现有仪器约40倍条件下获得的初步结果,为圆柱度的测量评定提供新策略。关键词圆柱度误差产品几何技术规范采样方案误差评定中图分类号TG801TN247AbstractThestandardsamplingspecificationofthenewgenerationGPS(geometr

5、scannotsatisfytheimpliedsamplingdensityandsamplingfrequencyofISOGPS.Thesimulatedandexperimentalresultsindicatethat,increasingtheaxialsamplingfrequency(fL)andsamplingarealdensity(DS)arethekeyfactorstorealizepreciseevaluationofcylindricity.Anovelmethodusingtowdimensional
6、areaarraysensorbasedonmultiapertureconnectiontechniqueisproposed.Intheexperiment,theaxialsamplingfrequencyandsamplingarealdensityareaboutfortytimesasthatoftheexistinginstruments.Thepreliminaryexperimentalresultsarepresented,whichshowthatthenovelmethodcanprovideanewstrat
