1、·616·2014年5月第16卷第5期JournalofChinesePhysician，May20oJ．：·论著·内脂素在非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠肝组织中的表达及意义徐慧邓意志【摘要】目的观测内脂素(Visfatin)在非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠肝组织中的表达情况，拟为非酒精性脂肪肝病的诊治开阔出新的思路。方法将40只sD大鼠按随机数字表法分为对照组和造模组，每组20只。对照组予基础饲料喂养，并每周两次腹腔内注射生理盐水(0．2ml／lO0g体质量)；造模组予高脂饲料喂养，并每周两次腹腔内注射40％CC1色拉油

2、溶液(0．2ml／lO0g体质量)。分析各组在2⋯468周4个时间点血清ALT、AST、TG、TC的变化及肝组织Visfatin的表达情况。结果随着造模时间延长，造模组大鼠血清ALT、AST、TG、TC逐渐升高(P<0．05)。免疫组化及RT-PCR显示造模组大鼠各时期肝组织中内脂素水平随着造模时间的延长而增高，较同期对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论(1)高脂喂养并腹腔内注射CC1可以成功构建sD大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝病模型；(2)内脂素在非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠肝脏组织中的表达水平随着肝脏脂肪
