1、2015年7月A第2卷第19期临床医药文献杂志ju1．A2015、，o1．2No．19JournalofClinicalMedical3845非体外冠状动脉搭桥术治疗高龄冠心病患者的疗效冯立锋，殷传军(北京市第六医院心外科，北京100007)【摘要】目的探讨非体外冠状动脉搭桥术(OPCAB)治疗高龄冠心病患者的疗效。方法选取我院20l2年1月～2013年1月实施OPCAB的68例高龄冠心病患者作为研究对象，按照手术方式分为非体外循环组和体外循环组，比较两组患者的疗效。结果OPCAB组的输血量、术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间等各项指标都明显

2、低于冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(尸<0．05)；两组并发症比较：OPCAB组发生并发症3例，均为子宫平滑肌瘤伴囊性变，CABG组发生并发症7例，其中心律紊乱4例，充血性心理衰竭症状3例，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论OPCAB疗效显著，与cABG相比，具有并发症少、心脏创伤小、心脏功能恢复快等优点，是老年冠心病患者外科治疗的首选方法。【关键词】非体外循环；体外循环；冠状动脉搭桥术；高龄冠心病；疗效【中图分类号】R654．2【文献标识码】B【文章编号】ISSN．2095—8242．2015．19．38
