2、DefinitionAcontractisanagreementbetweentwoormorecompetentpartiesinwhichanofferismadeandaccepted,andeachpartybenefits.Itisanagreementwhichsetsforthbindingobligationsoftherelevantparties.Theagreementcanbeformal,informal,writtenoralorjustplainunderstood.Somecontractsarereq
