1、他克莫司软膏治疗成人特应性皮炎疗效和安全性研究周小东(谷城县人民医院皮肤科湖北襄阳441700)目的：探究成人中重度特应性皮炎采用他克莫司软膏治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法：入选我院符合标准的成人特应性皮炎患者156例，按照治疗方式的不同分为治疗A组、治疗B组和对照组，每组52例；治疗A组患者给予0.1%的他克莫司软膏治疗，治疗B组患者给予0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗，对照组患者给予赋形剂治疗，观察三组患者治疗后的临床效果及不良反应情况。结果：三组患者药物治疗后，病情均有改善，但治疗A组和治疗B组总有效率96.2%、88.5%均优于对照组的65.4%,两两组相比较，治疗A组总有效率96.
2、2%优于对照组的65.4%,治疗A组不良反应发生率为46.3%,治疗B组不良反应发生率为40.1%,对照组的不良反应率为28.3%,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05),主要表现为用药部位灼热感、瘙痒加重及刺痛等局部刺激，程度为轻到中度，持续数分钟或数天，一般无需特殊处理，停药后自行缓解。结论：他克莫司软膏治疗成人特应性皮炎，有效的改善了患者的临床症状，减轻了患者的痛苦，促进了治疗效果，提高了患者的生活质量，效果显著，安全可靠，值得临床推广。【关键词】特应性皮炎；成人；他克莫司；临床效果R751.05A2095-1752(2015)05-0081-02Efficacyandsaf
