1、论语文课程的“言语性”一、“言语性”的提出　　言语是现代语言学的重要概念，在二十世纪初就有现代语言学之父索绪尔作过专门论述；二十世纪五十年代在我国曾经开展了一次关于语言和言语的大讨论；而言语概念运用于论领域，则是在八九十年代，由此，人们对语文教学的认识也更加深入。在九十年代的语文课程性质大讨论中许多人将“言语”概念的引入作为武器，对“工具性”提出挑战，其中代表人物有王尚文、李海林等，只是王尚文得出的结论是“人文性”，李海林则只破不立，并未明确地界定语文的性质。不过，李海林提出语文教学论要由“以‘语言’为主体的本体论”变为“以‘言语’为主体的本体论”，①对“言语性”的提出打下了坚实的基础

2、。正式提出言语性是语文的本质属性的是福建师大的潘新和先生发表在《中学语文教学》2001年第5期的一篇题为《语文课程性质当是“言语性”》的文章，只是到目前响应者寥寥无几，而质疑者则指出“言语就是语文课学习的内容，说语文的本质属性是‘言语性’似乎等于什么也没说。而且，显然外语课也具有言语性。”②由此，笔者深感“言语性”的丰富内涵和现实意义还未获得应有的理解和重视，故撰此文，以期抛砖引玉并就正于方家。　　　　二、“言语性”organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptob
