1、钻径向孔夹具的设计摘要机床夹具是在机床上用以准确、迅速地安装工件或刀具，从而保证工件与刀具间相对位置的一种工艺装备。凡在各类钻床上用以确定工件相对于刀具的位置并使工件得到夹紧，进而对其进行钻、扩、钱等工序加工的工艺装备均称为钻床夹具。简称钻模。钻模主要是为了钻孔时加工方便，便于工件的加工，并保证一定的加工精度而设计的O钻床夹具主要用于加工箱体或支座类零件上的精密孔和孔系，其主要由钻模板、夹具体、钻套及必要的定位和夹紧装置，以及其他必要装置如动力源装置等组成。钻床夹具的种类可根据夹具在不同生产类型中的通用特性，机床夹具可分为通用夹具、专用夹具、可调夹具、组合夹具和自动线夹具等五大

2、类。本次设计的钻径向孔夹具，采用立式钻床的钻径向孔夹具，主要用于加工工件的径向孔。定位时，在工作台上的箱体侧面上焊接，采用“一面两孔”定位，工件在此定位之后，工件的下底则由带有V型块的辅助支撑进行支撑。由于一次需耍同时加工两个左右对称的工件，就需要箱体的表面孔左右对称，需要同时加工，这就需耍在安装钻谋的时候，装配要保证钻模左右两部分及中间一部分的同轴度，这样才能保证零件的加工精度。设计的夹具中采用了液压缸的夹紧机构，连杆机构等。关键词：钻模，夹具，径向孔，一面两孔，I古I定式钻模TheradialdrillholeclampdesignABSTRACTFixtureinthem
