6、y.Asetofdegenerateprimers(CLFandCLR)Wasdesignedbasedonthesetwoconservedmotifs.MicrobialmetagenomicDNAwasisolatedusingthedirectlysismethodfromNo.1glaciersoilinChina.PrimersCLFandCLRwereusedtodirectlyamplifyfragmentsfromthemetagenomicDNAviaPCRreaction.ThePCRproductswereusedtoconstruc
