4、mixture”basedonroutinetreatment．4weeksasacourse，and3courseintotal．Atthebeginningoftreatmentandattheendof4，8，12weeksafterthetreatmentweretestedofvision，beforetreatmentandaftertheendof3therapeuticcourseswereexaminedbypattemvisualevokedpotentia(P-VEP)andOpticalcoherencetomography(ocD．The

5、improvementofvision，thepeaklatencytimesandamplitudeofP-VEP，theneuroscnsoryretinalthicknessinthemaculaandtheretinalnervefiberlayer(RNFL)thicknessinaroundofopticdiscwereobservedtoevaluatetheefficacyof“Yishimixture”andinitiallydiscussedmechanism．Results：1．After3courseoftherapy,ofthetreat
