1、银屑病光疗和光化学疗法的研究进展(Advancesinphototherapyandphotochemicaltherapyforpsoriasis)Since1925,Goeckermanwillbeusedforthetreatmentofpsoriasiswithtopicaltarpreparationsandultravioletradiation,andultravioletlighttherapyhasbecomemoreandmorewidelyusedinthetreatmentofpsoriasis.In1953,Ingrama
2、chievedgoodresultsinthetreatmentofpsoriasiswithUVBandUVB,whichhasbeenusedforhalfacentury.Withthedeepunderstandingofultravioletlight,in1970s,itwasfoundthatoraladministrationofpsoralencombinedwithlongwaveultraviolet(UVA)radiationphotochemicaltherapy(PUVA)ismoreeffectiveinthetrea
3、tmentofpsoriasis.Sincethelate1980s,therehasbeenanarrowwaveUVB311-313nmwavelength,andrecently308nmexcimerlasers,whichhavemadeunprecedentedprogressinthetreatmentofpsoriasiswithultravioletlight.Therecentprogressofultravioletlighttherapyandphotochemicaltherapyforpsoriasisissummari
4、zedasfollows.ThemechanismofultraviolettreatmentofpsoriasisUVBandUVAplayamajorroleinthetreatmentofmultipleskindiseasesbymodulatingtheskinimmunesystem,[1].UVBradiationcancausethenucleusDNAtoformlightpolymers,inhibitthesynthesisofDNA,andtheninhibittheproliferationofepidermalcells
5、DNAinpsoriaticpatients.UVBcanincreasethetumorsuppressorgeneproductp53,p53,andcontrolthecellcycle,thusUVBcanplayanimportantroleinprolongingthecirculatingcycleofpsoriaticpatients.UVBorUVAafterirradiationcaninducekeratinocytestoproducecytokinesandinhibittheanti-inflammatoryorimmu
6、neneuralpolypeptide,prostaglandinandothermediaplayaroleinimmuneregulation,changetheLangerHanscellsantigenpresentingfunction.Walters[2]researchshowsthatnarrow-bandUVBirradiation.Theskinlesionsofpatientswithpsoriasisofinterleukin-12mRNAandinterferongammamRNAdecreasedobviously,at
7、thebeginningofnarrowbandUVBtreatmentwithin1-2weeksoftheactivityofTcellstoproduceinterferongammaby40%-65%,oppositeduringthenarrowwaveUVBoninterleukin-4mRNAcanbeincreasedto82%,narrowthewaveofUVBafter1weeksoftreatment,interleukin-4productioncanbeincreasedby228%.ThenarrowbandUVBca
