1、当前我国利用外资中存在的问题及对策建议摘要：改革开放以来，我国利用外资呈不断扩大的趋势，外资来源日趋多元化，外资产业投向往第三产业倾斜，外商投资区域从东部转向中西部，外商投资方式从合资向独资转变，而且外资并购趋势明显。但当前我国利用外资中仍存在诸多的问题，主要包括外资质量不高，外资结构不合理，超国民待遇仍然存在，利用外资影响到我国民族企业的发展。本文通过分析我国利用外资中存在的问题，得出结论：为促进我国利用外资健康发展，需要不断提高我国外资质量，积极调整优化外资结构，逐步取消超国民待遇，并采取措施保护我国民族企业的发展。关键词：利用外资；外资质量；外资结构；超国民待遇；民族企业T
