4、of12,namely,shamoperationgroup,modelgroup,HuangQicombinedChuanxiongqingroup(treatmentgroup),andthelasttwogroupsarefurtherdividedinto3groups:last6h,12h,24htimethebrainlacksforblood.Then,beginningwithQixuxueyumodelfor10days.Onthe11thdaysofexperiment,shamoperationgroupandmodegroupsw
5、eregivenintraperitonealinjectionofsaline,2ml/only;HuangQiandChuanxiongqininjectiongroupsweregivenHuangQi7.2g/kg,intraperitonealinjection;Chuanxiongqin18.0mg/kg,intraperitonealinjection.Focalcerebralischemia,respectively,beforesurgeryandpreoperative12h30mineachinjectionof1,afteraf
