摘要本设计对象为成都市某酒店,现为其设计合理的中央空调以及通风系统,以给室内人员提供舒适的环境。设计内容包括:空调冷热负荷的计算;空调系统的划分与系统方案的确定;冷热源的选择;空调末端处理设备的选型;风系统的设计、布置与阻力计算;室内送风方式的选定与气流组织的校核;水系统的设计、布置与水力计算;消声防振设计;通风设计等内容。设计中涉及到的各类指标、计算公式与数据参数参照了各类标准与专业课本,设备基本选自实际样本。由于理论知识尚浅、工程经验不足,设计中难免有不当之处,真诚希望老师给予指正。关键词:空调系统,风机盘管,风冷热泵 前言人类改造客观环境的能力是随着社会生产力和科学技术的发展而逐渐提高的。空气调节技术也是同样随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高而不断发展的。时至今日,空调系统已普遍应用于公共建筑,空调系统的能耗已成为建筑能耗大户。在不可再生资源日益匮乏的今天,建筑节能已是刻不容缓。公共建筑中的空调技术所面临的问题是:如何提高整个空调系统的能量综合利用率,如何寻求合理的运行规律,如何制定优良的空调方案,即要达到经济、实用、舒适、环保、节能和高效的设计目标。风机盘管加新风系统是在五、六十年代在发达国家率先出现的,是用来代替全空气定风量系统。由于全空气定风量系统不能对各个单独的房间进行调节,同时对建筑物的空间要求较大,而风机盘管和定风量空调系统相比可以独立设置在各个房间中,可以独立的进行开关及温度控制,但由于该系统的冷热源是通过水送入房间的,风机盘管只能对房间空气进行循环冷却或加热,这样一来,无法满足房间内工作生活的人对新风的要求,于是为满足新风的需要,设计中又加入了一套新风系统,可是,新风往由于排风的不畅而没有真正送入房间,由于设计中对房间分隔等要求,要想解决排风问题是一件非常困难的事。于是,就出现了人们认为集中空调的房间感觉到很闷,不舒服,当然,我们会经常看到设有集中空调的房间的大楼有很多窗户是开启的,主要是人们希望通过外窗来采到一定的新风,而实际上由于房间的正压度,新风是不会从窗户进入房间的,由此而来,舒适性空调实际上根本没有解决人们的舒适要求,只是将房间的温度降低或提高。风机盘管加新风的特点是:房间可以独立地进行温度调节,设计技术相对简单(因此设计风险不大),设备国产化程度高,投资少。本设计要求熟悉空调系统设计步骤及方法,负荷的计算,设备的选型和布置,熟悉所选用的空调系统,对比传统中央空调说明优缺点。通过毕业设计过程,要系统的掌握空调系统的相关知识,并培养自己分析、解决问题的能力,为将来从事本专业相关设计工作和施工、验收、调试、运行、管理和有关应用科学的研究、技术开发等工作奠定可靠的基础。 第一章工程概况1.1工程概况本建筑位于成都市,其功能为酒店,地上5层,地下1层,建筑高度为18m。地下1层为库房,层高为4.5m;地上1层主要为门厅、大堂、咖啡厅、酒吧、商品部、客房、管理间,其中大堂为5层空高,大堂空高18m,其余功能房间层高为3.6m;地上2层主要为三人间客房、多人会议室,层高为3.6m;地上3、4层与2层是相同层;地上5层主要为多人会议室、四人间客房,层高均为3.6m。总面积为7102.44m2,酒店夏季总冷负荷为342.32KW,酒店冬季总热负荷为241.12KW。1.2设计简介面对日趋突出的煤炭和天然气等一次能源短缺的问题,对中国这样一个人口众多、处于高速发展过程中的发展中国家来说,一旦出现能源匮乏,后果不堪设想。因此,节能、降耗、减排及提高能源的综合利用效率,将是我国的一项长期国策。据统计,建筑能耗占总能耗1/3左右。自2004年起,我国建筑能耗达到全国能耗的30%以上,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,根据专家预测,我国最终建筑能耗将达到全国总能耗的35%以上,所以建筑节能的意义重大。在建筑节能中,空调耗能几乎占据总耗能的50%以上,在公共建筑的全国能耗中,暖通空调的能耗,大约占据总能耗的50%~60%。大约目前我国空调拥有量每年以20%以上的速度不断增长,空调消耗的电力占城市全部电力消耗的30%以上,公共建筑用能数量巨大,浪费现象严重,尤其在标准及功能要求较高的高档宾馆建筑中,采暖空调节能潜力很大。1.3设计概况 第三章负荷计算3.1空调冷负荷的组成3.1.1房间冷负荷的构成空调房间的得热量由下列各项得热量组成:(1)通过围护结构传入室内的热量(2)透过外窗进入室内的太阳辐射热量(3)人体散热量(4)照明散热量(5)设备、器具、管道及其他室内热源的散热量(6)食品或物料的散热量(7)渗透空气带入室内的热量(8)伴随各种散湿过程产生的潜热量3.1.2房间湿负荷的构成空调房间的散湿量由下列各项散湿量组成:(1)人体散湿量(2)渗透空气带入室内的湿量(3)化学反应过程的散湿量(4)各种潮湿表面、液面或液流的散湿量(5)食品或其他物料的散湿量(6)设备散湿量3.1.3空调系统冷负荷的构成 空调系统冷负荷应根据所服务房间的同时使用情况,空调系统的类型及调节方式,按各房间逐时冷负荷的综合最大值或各房间计算冷负荷的累加值确定,并应计入新风冷负荷以及通风机、风管等温升引起的附加冷负荷。空调系统的冷负荷即为以上三者之和。3.2负荷详细计算3.2.1围护结构冷负荷①、外墙冷负荷外墙的冷负荷按下式计算式(3-1)式中:F—计算面积,m2;K—传热系数,W/(m2·K);—温度波的作用时刻,即温度波作用于外墙或屋面外侧的时刻;—作用时刻下,通过外墙或屋面的冷负荷计算温差,简称负荷温差,℃。②、外窗冷负荷该冷负荷可分为两部分:瞬变导热冷负荷和日射得热冷负荷冷负荷瞬变导热冷负荷:式(3-2)式中:K—窗户的传热系数,W/(m2·℃);F—窗户的计算面积,m2;—冷负荷温度逐时值,℃;tn—室内设计温度,℃。日射得热冷负荷:式(3-3)式中:—窗的有效面积系数,单层钢窗0.85,双层钢窗0.75。—地点修正系数—窗户内遮阳系数,采用浅蓝色布帘,取0.6Cs—窗玻璃的遮挡系数;双层6mm普通玻璃,取0.74F—窗玻璃的直射面积,㎡; —计算时刻时,透过单位窗口面积的太阳总辐射热形成的冷负荷,简称负荷强度,W/㎡。③、内围护结构冷负荷:(注:内围护结构包括:内门、内墙、楼板)通过空调房间隔墙、楼板或内门等内围护结构的温差传热负荷,按下式计算:式(3-4)式中:twp—夏季空气调节室外计算日平均温度,℃;tn—夏季空气调节室内计算温度,℃;—邻室温升,可根据邻室散热强度采用,℃。3.2.2室内热源散热形成的冷负荷室内热源包括工艺设备散热,照明散热及人体散热等。下面分别计算来负荷:①、镇流器装在空调房间内的荧光灯式(3-5)式中:N—照明设备的安装功率,kW;n1—灯具的同时使用系数,一般为0.5~0.8;τ-T—从开灯时刻算起到计算时刻的时间,h;Xτ-T—τ-T时间照明散热的冷负荷系数。宾馆照明开关时间表见下图[1]:图3-1宾馆建筑照明开关时间图 ②、电子设备散热形成的冷负荷电子设备和驱动设备均在房间内,采用以下公式:式(3-6)式中:QM—设备的总安装功率,kW;n1—同时使用系数,一般可取0.5-1.0;n2—安装系数,一般可取0.7-0.9;n3—电动机的负荷系数,一般可取0.4-0.5;—电子设备的安装功率;η—电动机效率,一般可取0.8-0.9;CCLM—电动设备和用具散热的冷负荷系数,本空气调节供冷系统为不连续运行,故由相关规定取CCLM=1.0。宾馆电器设备逐时使用率见下图[1]:图3-2宾馆建筑电器设备逐时使用开率图③、人体冷负荷人体冷负荷包括人体湿热冷负荷和人体潜热冷负荷。其中,人体显热冷负荷可按下式计算:式(3-7)式中:Qτ—人体显热冷负荷,W;n—空调房间内的人数,人;q1—每名成年男子小时显热散热量,W;τ-T—从人员进入房间时刻算起到计算时刻的时间,h;Xτ-T—τ-T时间人体显热散热量的冷负荷系数。 人体潜热冷负荷,按下式计算式(3-8)式中:Cr—群集系数;n—空气调节房间的人数,人;q2—每名成年男子小时潜热显热量。宾馆人员逐时在室率见下图[1]:图3-3宾馆建筑房间人员逐时在室率图3.2.3新风冷负荷新风进入系统时的焓为iw,排除时焓为in,这部分冷量称为新风冷负荷,可按下式计算:式(3-9)式中:md—夏季空调室外计算干球温度下的空气密度;—新风量,m3/h;(计算结果见附表)iw—夏季室外计算参数时的焓值,kJ/kg;in—室内空气的焓值,kJ/kg。3.2.4空调湿负荷空调湿负荷包括新风湿负荷和人体湿负荷。①、人体湿负荷按下式计算:式(3-10) 式中:n—空调房间内的人数,人;q—每个人的散湿量,g/h;φ—群集系数。②、新风湿负荷按下式计算:式(3-11)式中:md—夏季空调室外计算干球温度下的空气密度;Gw—新风量,m3/h;dw—夏季空调房间室外计算参数时的含湿量,g/kg;dn—室内空气的含湿量,g/kg。3.3空调热负荷的详细计算3.3.1维护结构基本耗热量的计算式(3-12)式中:Qj—通过供暖房间某一面围护物的温差传热量(基本耗热量),W;K—该面围护物的传热系数,W/(m2·℃);F—该面围护物的散热面积,m2;tn—室内空气计算温度,℃;tw—室外供暖计算温度,℃;a—温差修正系数。取a=1[4]。3.3.2围护结构附加耗热量式(3-13)式中:βch—朝向修正;βf—风力修正,在本设计中,由于建筑物处于市区,βf=0【2】;βlang—两面外墙修正,本设计取5%【2】;βm—窗墙面积比过大修正系数,本设计取0【2】;βjan—间歇附加,仅白天使用,取20%,不经常使用,取30%[2]。3.3.3新风热负荷新风Gw进入系统时的焓为iw,排除时焓为in,这部分热量称为新风热负荷,可按下式计算: 第四章冷热源和水系统方案4.1冷热源的选取4.1.1概述空气源热泵技术是基于逆卡诺循环原理建立起来的一种节能、环保制热技术。空气源热泵系统通过自然能(空气蓄热)获取低温热源,经系统高效集热整合后成为高温热源,用来取供暖或供应热水,整个系统集热效率甚高。热泵有四大优点,第一是节能,有利于能源的综合利用;第二点是有利于环境保护;第三点是冷热结合,设备应用率高,节省出投资;第四因为它是电驱动,所以它调控比较方便,因此热泵备受大家的关心。热泵技术就二十一世纪的一个能源技术,能通过热泵的形式,可以提高能效的利用,能效的利用有两个含义,从环境角度来讲,可以减少温室气体的排放,减少对环境的有害的因素,从另外一个方面来说,就是解决电力高空负荷的一项技术。4.1.2设计总则冷热源设计的依据在于全年的负荷统计数据,遵循主机高效、适用,运行控制简便的原则,充分考虑过渡季节的使用情况,设计冷热源方案大纲如下:(1)、夏季、冬季:空气源热泵在夏季提供冷水,冬季提供热水;(2)、过渡季节:全新风直流运行,冷源辅助供冷;(3)、考虑到系统的最大负荷、最小负荷的要求,做好冷、热设备的容量与台数的搭配;(4)、符合工程特点,尤其是要注意到工程的使用特点,如全年、每天等的运行时间、运行方式、负荷性质等基本因素;水系统的设计是为了使冷热媒的输配管网更好地配合冷热源设备的运行,应遵循如下原则:1)保证与水系统相连的冷水机组的安全运行; 第五章空调系统末端方案5.1.客房空调方案1~5层大部分为客房,考虑到各房间的使用情况不一,采用新风加风机盘管系统,风机盘管加新风系统灵活性大,节能效果好,室内人员可以根据不同需求进行变档调节,从而满足舒适度。5.1.1客房新风系统5.1.1.1新风系统的作用客房设立新风系统,既要保证室内的卫生要求,维护室内正压,又要通过新风换气,稀释室内污染源散发的污染气体。5.1.1.2新风供给方式风机盘管的新风供给方式通常有以下三种:⑴、房间缝隙自然渗透;⑵、开墙洞直接引新风;⑶、设置独立的新风系统,将新风处理到一定参数后送入室内。考虑到第一种方式属于无组织渗风,会造成室内温度不均;第二种方式对建筑立面的影响较大,故选用第三种方式,设置独立的新风系统。此时,新风送入室内有以下两种方式:一是直接送到风机盘管吸入端,与房间的回风混合后,再被风机盘管冷却(或加热)后送入室内;二是新风与风机盘管的送风平行送出。方式一的缺点是一旦风机盘管停机后,新风将从回风口吹出,而回风口一般都有过滤器,此时过滤器上的灰尘将被吹回房间,而方式二可以避免上述缺点,卫生条件好,对本工程是适用的。5.1.1.3新风处理状态新风处理状态一般有两种:⑴、新风处理到室内空气的焓值,新风不承担室内负荷; ⑵、新风承担室内全部湿负荷及部分显热负荷。方式一对处理室内负荷和新风负荷的冷冻水温度要求较一致,而方式二对冷冻水温度要求不同,本设计选用方式一作为新风处理方案。5.1.2风机盘管的形式风机盘管按照安装方式可分为:卧式暗装、立式明装、立柱式明装和柜式明装等形式。针对本工程实际情况,确定采用卧式暗装的形式,安装于客房过厅的吊顶内。5.1.2.1风机盘管处理方式:夏季处理方案:风机盘管加新风系统处理方式为新风处理到室内状态等焓线(il=in),新风不承担室内冷负荷,该过程的基本处理过程如下:⑴房间空调冷量:式(5-1)⑵风机盘管风量:式(5-2)⑶新风量与回风量之比:式(5-3)⑷联立上两式:式(5-4)式(5-5)⑸、风机盘管的冷量:式(5-6)式中:G——房间空调总风量,m3/h;GF——风机盘管风量,m3/h;GW——新风量,m3/h;ΣQ——房间全热负荷,W;QF——风机盘管冷量,W;in——室内状态点焓值,kJ/kg;im——风机盘管回风状态点焓值,kJ/kg;io——送风状态点焓值,kJ/kg;il——新风处理到室内等焓线的焓值,kJ/kg。以一层一客房(编号1001)为例,室内状态点干球温度为25℃,相对湿度为55%,室外状态点干球温度为31.8℃,相对湿度为73%。送风温差为8℃,根据负荷计算结果可知房间所处理的负荷参数: 空间气流分布的形式主要有以下几种:⑴、上送下回:送风气流不直接进入工作区,有较长的与室内空气混掺的距离,能够形成比较均匀的温度场和速度场。⑵、上送上回:可将送回风管道集中于空间上部,设置吊顶使管道成为暗装,适用于对装饰美观有一定要求的空间。⑶、下送上回:需要控制送风温差和工作区的风速,由于其排风温度高于工作区温度,具有一定的节能效果,同时有利于改善工作区的空气质量。⑷、中送风:在某些高大空间内,实际工作区在下部,不需将整个空间都作为控制调节的对象的区域可采用中送风,以节省能耗。结合各空调房间的特点,为了保证工作区的室内环境,大部分采用了采用侧送风下部回风的方式,极少部分由于布置不方便采用散流器形式上送上回的方式。本设计全部是客房在入口过厅上布置卧式风机盘管,装修时仅做局部吊顶即可,仅占用房间少量的空间,整个客房的竖向空间不作吊顶,净高度与层高相同,为3.6m。侧送风示意图如下:图5.2客房侧送风示意图5.1.3.1气流组织的计算以1层编号1001客房为例进行气流组织计算:已知条件:房间尺寸(长×宽×高)(m):4.5×3.27×3.6,室内要求为25±1℃,送风温差Δts=8℃,室温允许波动范围Δtx=1℃,人数为2,新风量100m3/h,风机盘管回风量为340m3/h,总的送风量为440m3/h,盘管处理的冷负荷为1800W。计算如下【4】:⑴、射流长度(取工作区2m,风口中心距顶棚0.1m,离墙0.5m为不保证区)。(2)确定送风速度。假设送风速度=3.5m/s,将带入得,,所取=3.5m/s<4.26m/s,满足要求。(3)确定送风口尺寸。送风口面积为 确定送风尺寸为:长*宽=400mm*120mm面积当量直径为:(4)校核贴附长度。根据的关系曲线得=25.9,则贴附长度x=25.9*0.212=5.5m>4.5m,所以满足设计要求。(5)校核房间高度。设定风口底边至顶棚的距离为0.5m,则:=3.276m,式中h为空调区高度m;0.07x为射流向下扩展的距离,0.3为安全系数。给定高度为3.6m大于设计要求高度3.276m,所以满足要求。5.1.4新风口的布置考虑到过渡季节可以利用室外新风承担室内负荷,为了更好地达到节能效果,故在过渡季节不推荐开启风机盘管。若此时将新风口与风机盘管回风口接在一起,则易形成气流组织短路的现象,新风将通过原回风口经过滤网从过厅送出后直接排出,为避免此类现象发生,所以为新风单独设置风口直接送入房间,新风口与风机盘管出风口相平行。5.2咖啡厅、商品部等空调方案考虑到咖啡厅、咖啡厅及商品部房间的功能特殊性,且房间面积比客房大,做局部吊顶时的气流组织效果不如做全部吊顶的气流组织效果好。这几个房间采用方形散流器送风。房间空调的新风供给方式、新风状态、风机盘管的处理方式与客房均相同,在本节就不再重述。只讨论方形散流器的选型和校核。散流器平送气流组织的设计流程为:1)按照房间尺寸布置散流器,由于散流器的作用直径在2~3m在,因此,本设计中,散流器距墙2.5m左右,散流器间距在4m左右,以保证送风均匀;2)确定送风速度和散流器尺寸。本设计中散流器喉口风速为3m/s; 在风管的选择上,圆风管的强度虽大,耗钢量虽小,但占有有效空间较大,不易布置且不美观。矩形风管由于容易布置,多用于明装和管道布置复杂的地点。矩形风管中,方形风管阻力较小,耗钢量小。采用矩形风管时,宽高比应小于4为宜。风管材料应考虑适合和经济,内部光滑,易于安装,就地取材等因素。在本设计中,选用镀锌钢板制作的矩形风管。风管尺寸以外径为标准。7.1.2风管系统概述风管设计的基本任务:⑴、确定风管的形式和风管的尺寸;⑵、计算风管的压力损失;⑶、风管材料的确定:风管材料选用薄钢板;⑷、风管形式的确定:风管形式采用的是矩形风管;⑸、风管设计方法的确定:风管的水力计算方法很多。对于高速送风系统采用静压复得法;对于低速送风系统,大多采用等压损法和假定流速法;⑹、风管和设备内风速的确定:干管----推荐值:5~6.5m/s,最大值:5.5~8m/s;支管----推荐值:3~4.5m/s,最大值:4~6.5m/s;从支管接出的风管----推荐值:3~3.5m/s,最大值:4~6m/s。7.1.3风系统阻力计算风管的阻力计算目的在于确定管段断面尺寸,计算出最不利管路的总阻力,校核风机是否能够满足整个风系统的压降需求,同时进行并联管段的阻力平衡计算,使管段的风速风量不至于失调。本设计的阻力计算方法采用假定流速法。计算步骤如下:1)根据假定流速与风管所通过的风量计算出风管的断面面积;2)根据风管的断面面积查标准风管表,选定风管面积与计算面积相等或相近的风管;3)根据标准风管的面积与管道送风量计算出管道的实际流速;4)选取管路的最不力管路,进行阻力计算;5)实际流速确定后,根据实际流速,管道送风量以及管道的断面当量直径在比摩阻表中查出管道的比摩阻,再根据关到长度计算出沿程阻力;6)在管道局部阻力表中查出管道各个附件的局部阻力,计算出管道的局部阻力;7)计算出沿程阻力与局部阻力之和,即管道的总阻力,校核风机是否能够满足管道压降;8)计算并联管路的阻力平衡,如阻力不平衡,须考虑改变管径,或在管道上加装阀门来平衡阻力。详细计算结果见附录一。 7.2水系统的水力计算7.2.1概述暖通空调工程经常采用冷热水系统作为介质,通过水系统将冷热源产生的冷热量输送给空气处理设备,然后送到室内。空调水系统由冷热源(主机)、输配系统(水泵、供回水管道及附件)和末端设备(空气处理器)三部分组成。正确合理地设计空调水系统是保证整个空调系统正常运行的重要条件。。7.2.2水系统计算方法水管管道的水力计算是在系统和设备布置,管道材料、各支管的位置和水量均已确定的基础上进行的。其主要目的是,确定各段的管径(或断面尺寸)和阻力,保证系统内达到要求的水量分配。最后确定水泵的型号和动力消耗。管道水力计算方法有假定流速法、压损平均法和静压复得法等几种,本设计中用的经济比摩阻法。计算步骤基本如下:1).通过管道供回水温度和房间负荷计算出管道流量。2).通过把比摩阻控制在200Pa/m就可以求出供回水管的管径。3.)通过以上参数选择最不利管路进行阻力计算。通过负荷计算流量由下式计算:式(7-1)式中:c——水的比热,4.2kJ/kg;ρ——水的密度,1000kg/m3;——空调机组进出水温度。=7℃,=12℃;沿程阻力Hf(Pa)可按下式计算:式(7-2)式中:hf——沿程阻力,Pa;L——管道长度,m;Rm——管道单位长度摩擦阻力,Pa/m。局部压头损失△Pj(Pa)可按下式计算:△Pj=ξυ2ρ/2式(7-3)式中:ξ——管件的局部阻力系数。 7.2.3空调供回水管路的水力计算空调供回水管路的水力计算包括冷热源侧的管路的水力计算和用户侧的水力计算。计算结果见附录二。7.2.4空调冷凝水系统空调水系统夏季供应冷水的水温比较低,当换热器外表面温度低于与之接触的空气露点温度时,表面会因结露而产生凝结水,冷凝水管是将盘管机组、整体式空调器、组合式空调机组运行过程中产生的冷凝水及时予以排走。冷凝水管的设计应注意以下几点[13]:(1)沿水流方向,水平管道应保持不小于千分之三的坡度;且不允许有积水部位。(2)当冷凝水盘位于机组内的负压区段时,凝水盘的出水口必须设置水封,水封的高度要比凝水盘的负压大50%左右,水封的出口要与大气相通。(3)冷凝水管道宜采用聚氯乙烯塑料管或镀锌钢管,不宜采用焊接钢管,本设计采用聚氯乙烯塑料管,一般情况下,每1kW冷负荷1h产生约为0.4kg的冷凝水,在潜热负荷较高的场合,每1kW冷负荷约产生0.8kg冷凝水。通常,可以根据机组的冷负荷Q(kW)按下列数据近似确定冷凝水管的公称直径[20]。Q≤7kW时,DN=20mm;Q=7.1—17.6kW时,DN=25mmQ=17.7—100kW时,DN=32mmQ=101—176kW时,DN=40mmQ=177—598kW时,DN=50mmQ=599—1055kW时,DN=80mmQ=1056—1512kW时,DN=100mmQ=1513—12462kW时,DN=125mmQ≥12462kW时,DN=150mm注:立管的公称直径与水平干管的公称直径相同。本设计的凝水管采用聚乙烯塑料管,可以不加防止二次结露的保温层;风机盘管的凝水管管径与风机盘管的接管管径一致,均为DN32。第八章通风本设计中做的通风部分为公共卫生间和客房的卫生间。 8.1概述卫生间的通风,应符合下列要求:1公共卫生间、住宅建筑无外窗的卫生间、酒店客房卫生间、大于5个碰头的淋浴间以及无可开启外窗的卫生间、开水间、淋洗浴间,应设机械排风系统。2卫生间排风系统以独立设置,当与其他房间的排风合用时,应有防止相互串气味的措施。3排风量宜按以下确定:公共卫生间10—15次/h换气;住宅卫生间及开水间5—10次/h;设置有空调的酒店卫生间,排风量取所在房间新风量的80%—90%。4设置竖向集中集中排风系统时,宜在上部集中安装排风机;当每层或每个卫生间(或开水间)设排风扇时,集中排风机的风量确定应考虑一定的同时使用系数。5住宅卫生间的门应在下部设有效面积不小于0.02㎡的固定百叶,或距地面留出不小于30mm的缝隙。8.2客房卫生间排风一般情况下,酒店客房卫生间的排风有两种做法:1)用排风扇排风,在风井顶部不用引流风机,但是房间噪声较大;2)一般散流器或百叶排风,在排风管上加定风量调节阀,风井顶部加引流风机。定风量阀,是一种机械式自力装置,适用于需要定风量的通风空调系统中。定风量阀风量控制不需要外加动力,它依靠风管内气流力来定位控制阀门的位置,从而在整个压力差范围内将气流保持在预先设定的流量上。本设计中的酒店为普通酒店,对噪声要求比较低,因此在设计中运用第一种方法。取每个卫生间的排风量为10次换气次数,则每个卫生间的排风量都为140.76,排风口风速取3m/s。在客房区一共有32个排风井,卫生间的排风排到就近的风井。排风扇选型结果见表8-1。 ⑶管道的冷表面容易产生结露。一般情况下,需保温的管道设备有:空调器空调的送﹑回风管,冷水箱,不在空调房间通过的送﹑回风管,可能在外表面结露的新风管,冷冻水的供水管道,供热管道等。9.1.2保温层厚度的确定冷水﹑风管管道或设备的保温层厚度应取防止外表面结露的最小厚度和经济厚度中的较大值。保温层厚度的确定和很多因素有关,如材料的热物理特性﹑材料与保温结构的投资﹑系统运行小时数等。保温材料的选择应遵循下列原则:⑴导热系数小,价格低;⑵尽量采用密度小的多孔材料;⑶保温材料的吸水率低且耐水性能好;⑷抗水蒸汽渗透性能好;保温材料厚度可以根据环境温湿度、冷热介质温度和保温管的外径经计算求得。其保温原则是保温层外表不结露,且保温材料的初投资与今后运行费的综合值最低,即有一个经济绝热厚度。热或冷热合用管道(管内介质温度5~60℃),经济绝热厚度要求如下[1]:当公称直径DN范围为:<=40mm时,保温材料厚度选35mm;当公称直径DN范围为:50~100mm时,保温材料厚度选40mm;当公称直径DN范围为:125~250mm时,保温材料厚度选45mm;当公称直径DN范围为:=>300mm时,保温材料厚度选50mm。在本设计中,保温材料的厚度应严格按照标准执行。9.2管道的消声9.2.1空调系统的消声1、空调系统噪声控制措施 空调系统噪声控制是降低沿通风管道传播的风机噪声及气流噪声,其最终目的使空调用房所确定的允许噪声标准,满足使用功能的要求。因此,必须注意噪声源﹑传播途径和接收者所处的环境等三方面的问题。当然,以降低噪声源处的噪声最为有效。但当降低设备噪声源的噪声一时难以解决,或由于各种因素的影响存在,此种情况下,就必须采用相应的综合措施,才能达到噪声控制的目的。对于暖通空调系统的消声,在设计和施工中应采用下列措施来降低噪声:①通风机的出口处,应保持气流良好的流态。通风机出口管出的变径或弯头,至少应保持1.5B(B为风管长边尺寸)的距离,流向的改变应与叶轮旋转方向保持一致;②确定合理的风管风速:主风管的风速主风管的风速6.0~8.0m/s;支管的风速3─4m/s;普通送风口的风速2~3.5m/s;回风口风速1.5~2.5m/s。风管中的气流速度,从干管、支管直至风口,保持依次递减趋势;③主风管与支风管的连接,应保持有良好的气流流动特性,尽可能减少涡流区;④设计风管走向时,应尽可能避免或减少气流流向与断面的急剧改变;各种部件如弯头、变径管、三通等,彼此之间宜保持5~10D(D为风管直径)的直线距离;⑤有隔声要求的相邻房间之间的送、回风或排风支管的距离应适当加长,或将连接口位置错开,也可采用消声风口,以防止相互串声。空调系统噪声控制应注意以下几个方面:⑴机房布置空调系统的机房、管路设计时,必须与系统消声设计同时考虑,相互密切配合,综合各种因素合理地安排机房位置,并采用必要的噪声控制措施(吸声、隔声、消声和隔振),消除或降低机房、管路噪声对邻近环境和房间的影响。在条件允许的情况下,尽量使机房远离要求安静的环境和房间,尤其对于低速系统,由于管路加长,自然衰减的,也许就不需要其他的消声措施,就能满足要求,节省了噪声控制的费用。⑵风机选择当系统确定所需的风量和风压后,从降低噪声考虑,应首选低噪声的风机。使风机运行工况点尽可能接近最高效率点,此时风机噪声最低,反之噪声就高。风机叶片向后弯的比其他类型叶片的风机噪声低。风机与电机的传动方式以直联为最佳,联轴器次之,皮带传动则差一些。当系统很大时,应考虑设置回风风机,由送回风机分别承担。⑶设备安装 设备安装是系统噪声控制不可忽视的。当使用低噪声设备时,若安装不良,也能使噪声控制措施白费力气。因此,设备应安装在弹性减振基础上,并注意调节机组的动静平衡,以免损坏隔振效果和出其他问题。特别是采用钢架基础上的隔振措施时,调节机组的的动、静平衡更为重要。风机、水泵的进、出口应设置软接头,以减小振动沿管道的传递。⑷系统管路设计及流速控制系统管路设计及流速控制,原则上应尽可能使气流均匀流动。即从机房至使用房间的管路中气流速度逐步降低,并避免急剧转弯产生涡流,引起速度回升,气流噪音增高。尤其是在主管道与进入使用房间支管连接处以及房间的出风口处更应该注意。经消声器后的流速应严格控制使之比消声器的速度低,否则气流噪声回升,将破坏其消声效果。⑸消声器的选择和布置空调系统所用的消声器,一般均需宽频带的衰减量,即以阻抗复合式为最常用。也可尽量利用建筑空间,因地制宜设计消声器。消声器装置位置应尽量设在气流平稳段。当主管流速不大时,为使噪声能在靠近声源处降低,防止噪声激发管道振动,应尽可能靠近风机的管段设置,但不要放在机房上部,如条件有限,只能放在机房上部时,必须相应地做好消声器外壳隔声处理。若主管流速太大,此时如消声器靠近风机设置时,其气流再生噪声势必较大,影响消声效果。在此情况下,可分别在流速较低的分支管设置消声器。⑹防止管道串声当空调的相邻房间的送回风是同一系统时,必须采用消声措施来避免相邻房间之间的串声。必要时分开成两路系统,否则系统噪声控制将被破坏。⑺管壁隔声由于空调系统管道的管壁较薄,隔声量低,当管道通过要求安静的房间时,管内噪声由管壁透射就会影响使用房间。另一方面,当管道穿过高噪声房间时,噪声又会经管壁透射而增加管内噪声。对上述两种情况,均应采取必要的隔声措施。最简单的办法是增加管壁厚度,或与保温层处理结合,增加其隔声量。9.3防振设计暖通空调系统在设计和施工过程中应采取下列措施进行隔振: ①冷热源机组、水泵及通风空调的风机,在基础上加装减振措施;②吊顶新风机组设减振吊钩减振,机组与吊架间采用橡胶柔性衬垫;③进、出冷(热)水机组,水泵及空调机组(包括新风机组和风机盘管)的供回水管连接处均采用可曲挠橡胶减振软接头;④空调机组进出风口与风管之间采用防火保温软接头连接,空调机组与冷水进出水管之间采用橡胶软接头连接;⑤风管穿墙或楼板处软接头,且安置在声学房间处侧。穿墙穿楼板处预埋套管,风管与套管间用不燃柔性材料填实;⑥风管、水管采用减振吊支架安装,管道与吊、支架间采用柔性材料衬垫。第十章设计特色和自我评价本设计是关于成都市某酒店工程进行的供暖通风与空气调节的相关设计。主要设计了半集中式空调系统;空调冷冻水系统;冷热源设备的选型及布置;卫生间通风等。设计中也考虑了消声、减振等的措施。设计对于客房等采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,运行灵活,可自行调节各房间负荷。10.1设计特色10.1.1可再生能源的利用在建筑空调系统中,可再生能源从性质上来说可分为两大类型:循环再生式和天然能源。热泵能够通过制冷循环,在夏季提供空调用冷源、在冬季提供空调(或采暖)用热源。其消耗的能源主要在制冷循环过程,一般的设备都采用了电能形式。本次设计采用了空气源热泵。着重分析空气源热泵特点。空气源热泵属于对天然能源的利用方式,其特点是:在夏季提取较高温的室外空气的冷量对建筑供冷,在冬季则从较低的室外空气中吸取热量供热。空气源热泵在标准条件下(室外气温为7℃ )的供热COP值大约在3左右。考虑到火力发电站的综合供电效率在30%的条件下,与采用矿物能的供热系统相比,在冬季设计状态下,主要节省的是系统的输送能耗;对于整个冬季的供热而言,由于室外气温的提高,其COP值会不断加大,因此在我国某些室外冬季平均温度较高的地区,其冬季的总体COP值会较高,是一种节能设备。在某些寒冷地区,有可能并不是一个全年节能的设备。本工程位于成都市,属于夏热冬冷地区,冬季室外干球温度在1℃左右,是风冷热泵非常理想的热源,所以本次设计选择了风冷热泵作为冷热源。。10.2设计中需要优化的部分本次设计存在以下不足:1)客房的排风可以显热回收处理新风,可以节省能耗;2)一层的大厅可以采用集中空调系统,用静压更大的侧送风口,更能保证该区域的气流组织。以上的不足仅仅是我自己设计过程中发现的,本次设计结果肯定还有其他的不足,真诚的希望老师给予指正。这次毕业设计是对大学生涯所学专业课的大总结,通过设计可以反映出自己对专业知识的掌握程度。相信通过本次设计,对我以后从事暖通专业的工作有着无以言表的作用。第十一章谢辞首先衷心感谢在本次设计过程中给予帮助的老师和同学,这次毕业设计是对大学生涯所学专业课的大总结,通过设计可以反映出自己对专业知识的掌握程度。同时,感谢所有任课老师和所有同学在这四年来给自己的指导和帮助,是他们教会了我专业知识,教会了我如何学习,教会了我如何做人。正是由于他们,我才能在各方面取得显著的进步,在此向他们表示我由衷的谢意,并祝所有的老师培养出越来越多的优秀人才,桃李满天下!
