3、···········································································20中文摘要新辅助治疗在中晚期食管癌中的应用摘要食管癌是我国最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一，而在华北地区河北省又是食管癌高发区之一。随着目前医学技术的进步及提高，患者的生存率较前有所改善，但是食管癌的预后仍然很差。现阶段手术仍被普遍认为是食管鳞癌的主要治疗手段，但是为了提高患者肿瘤的R0切除率，降低术后复发转移的概率，使得患者获得长期生存受益，开展了术前的综合治疗方式，即术前新辅助治
