1、北京工业大学硕士学位论文设备维修外包管理研究姓名：李廷喜申请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：顾力刚20090501摘要摘要设备维修外包是中小企业降低设备维修成本，提高设备管理水平，进而增强竞争力的有效途径。在业务外包迅猛发展的背景之下，作为业务流程外包的一种具体形式，设备维修外包已经获得了很大发展。目前设备维修外包市场还很不规范，中小企业的维修外包面临着很多风险。所以，本文的研究目的就是要帮助中小企业成功地进行设备维修外包。主要研究内容包括：(1)设备维修外包系统分析。通过设备维修外包的动因和可行性分析

2、，结合设备维修外包的三个阶段，建立了设备维修外包运作体系，并对其内容作了说明，构建了设备维修外包运行平台。(2)设备维修外包的风险管理。通过对维修外包全过程风险的界定及管理目标确定，运用风险识别过程，结合维修业务的特点，分析中小企业设备维修外包的风险，提出了风险对应的措施，构建了中小企业设备维修外包风险管理的基本流程，提出了风险管理的原则，为中小企业在设备维修外包过程中进行风险管理提供理论支持。(3)设备维修外包服务商的管理。企业和服务商之间存在着三种关系，对于不同的关系类型，应该采取不同的管理措施。建立了基于委托
