1、摘要高校学生社团以其灵活性、广泛性、前瞻性、创造性、实践性、专业性及社会性等特性吸引着大学生，使其在成为校园文化建设的重要载体和第二课堂的重要组成部分，成为高校德育教育的重要渠道和有效阵地，为德育创造条件，搭设舞台，提供帮助。因此，探究和实现高校学生社团的德育功能，是当前高校德育工作的必然要求和重要课题。随着我国高等教育的迅速发展，学生社团在大学生自身综合素质的提高、思想政治教育与高校建设发展等诸多方面发挥着越来越重要作用。高校学生社团以丰富校园文化生活，弘扬校园主旋律，利用课余时间，创造性开展理论教育、科技创新、文化体育等丰富多彩的活动，实现了自我教

2、育、自我管理、自我服务的教育目标，为广大同学提供了展示自我的空间和舞台，这十分有利于进行德育建设。但是，学生社团本身仍存在着管理不够规范、成效不太明显、发展不太平衡、资金比较缺乏等问题。这些问题严重制约了学生社团在高校德育工作中有效发挥作用。本文在全面分析学生社团德育功能内涵的基础上，就当前学生社团存在的德育功能弱化问题，着力提出实现学生社团的德育功能应遵循的原则以及正确认识学生社团的德育功能，加强和完善高校学生社团建设的措施，强化学生社团的德育功能，以便于高校德育工作的深入开展和积极推动高校学生社团的持续健康发展。关键词：高校；学生社团；德育；功能A
