2、June24,2007(week25).ThemajorityofILIdistributedinPeopleagedbelow15andaeeoutingfor72.97%.Thealertlinewaswithgoodsensitivityandseasonality,beingtimelyinfindingunusualvalue.50susPeetedinfluenzaouthreakswererePortedinShenZhenin2007and35outbreakswereeonfirmedbyPCR.Ofwhich
3、,29(58.0%)outbreakswerecausedbyinfluenzaAvirus,while6(12.0%)outhreakswereeausedbyinfluenzaBvirus.MostoftheoutbreaksoeeuredinPrimaryandmiddleschoolsandfrequentlydistributedfromMarehtoJune,aeeountingfor92.0%.2831sPeeimensweretestedforinfluenzavirusinShenzhenin2007,and3
4、43werePositive.Theisolatingratewas12.12%.TheProPortionsofinfluenzaHINI,H3NZandBviruswere3.50%,62.68%and33.82%,resPectively.ThePredominantstrainwasinfluenzaH3NZvirusfromJanuarytoJuneandB(丫妞magata)wasduringJulytoDevember.Themonthlyisolatingrateshowsaninereasingtrendand
5、reaehesthePeakinJune(28.38%),andadeereasingtrendinthelatterhalfyear.WiththebaselineinformationwefoundthatthePredominantstrain即pearedbytums.Theserafrom828and872individualswereeollectedinShenzheninMarchandSePtember,resPeetively.ThelevelofH3NZantibodywashigh,andtheantib
6、odyPositveratewere65.82%and72.94%inMarehandSePtember,resPectively.WhilethePositiverateofinfluenzaHINI,B(Victoria),andB(Yamagata)virusinMarehandSePtemberwere46.98%,43%,43.84%,21.90%,41.18%and21.67%,resPeetively.ThelevelofGMTofinfluenzaHINI,B(Vietoria)andB(、认magata)vir
