3、tureat35。C.ThemobilephasewascomposedofA(acetonitfile)andB(O.05%aqueousphosphoricacid,v/v).TheflowrateWas1.0mL/minandthedetectionwavelengthWassetat205hidforreferencecompounds1-9and238halforreferencecompound10.Allcalibrationcurvesshowedgoodlinearregression舻>0.9999)withinthe
4、testrange.Theestablishedmethodshowedgoodprecisionandaccuracywithoverallintra—dayandinter-dayvariationsof0.43—1.72%and0.53—2.45%,respectively,andoverallrecoveriesof94.98-104.09%fortlletencompoundsanalyzed.Thevalidatedmethodwassuccessfullyappliedfor也esimultaneousdeterminati

6、mplesbasedontllecontentsofthetenldterpenoidacids.TheresultsshowedthatthetotalcontentofthetentilterpenoidacidsinthecultivarofDongzao(CultivaredinZhanhua,ShandongProvince)wastripleofothersamples,whichsuggestedthatDongzaoisapotentialcultivarofZjujubaconsideringthecontentoftr
