1、南京理工大学硕士学位论文独立学院规范发展研究姓名：王晓苏申请学位级别：硕士专业：高等教育学指导教师：于广云;李新民20070601摘要独立学院作为中国现今背景下高等教育领域中的一种独特的办学模式日益引起学者及社会的广泛关注。几年来全国各地的实践证明，举办独立学院正逐步成为我国高等教育扩大办学规模，满足人民群众日益增长的教育需求的重大举措，成为普通高等教育的一个重要组成部分。但“年轻”的独立学院毕竟还只是处于探索、发展阶段，受社会大环境的种种因素制约、相关法规建设滞后以及自身因素的影响，存在着诸多问题．独立学院如何规范发展，如何办成“人民满意的教育”，已经成为国家宏观政策与

2、学院微观操作层面急需研究和解答的问题。本文以独立学院规范发展为主线展开论述。首先从概念界定入手，通过动因分析简单描绘了独立学院发展的历史轨迹，阐述了政府对独立学院规范管理的进程。其次，从独立学院存在的表征问题、独立学院运行的具体问题、独立学院发展的深层问题这三层次对独立学院发展存在的问题进行了深入剖析，总结出四大原因。最后，提出独立学院规范发展的基本原则及相关问题的解决思路。本文以期引发对独立学院问题更多的理性思考，同时希望给独立学院政策制定者和独立学院的举办者、实际运作者提供一点借鉴。关键词；独立学院，规范，发展AbstractAsaspecialschoolmodei
