3、lourassunprotection.1.TheBaseTheBasewillbevestedwithroughnaturalstoneplates.Therewillbeglasswindowsandslidingdoorsfromtheswimmingpooltotheexterior.Thesamematerialwillbeusedontheotherwallssurroundingthebasinofthecascade.2.TheLobbyFacadeThesouthfaçadeoftheLobbywillconsistoflargescales

4、tructuralglazingtoemphasizetheopenspaceinsideandtohaveadirectconnectiontothecascade,theplazaandtheinsideofthecommunity.3.CurtainWallaroundthesportsutilitiesSwimmingpoolandgymnasiumwillbewrappedwithasecondskintoprotectthoseareasfromthesun.Possiblecladdingmaterialsaremetal,fibrecement

5、,trespaoreternitypanels.Thesecanbefixed,perforatedorsemi-transparentwiththeeffectthattherebyaheatingbythesunwillbeexcluded.Alsotheeffectofachangingnightanddayappearancewillcontributetothelivelinessofthebuilding.Theclosedpartsoftheinnerfaçadecouldbesimplyplastered,possiblyalsoinabrig

6、htcolour(blue)sothatthroughtheperforatedorsemi-transparentshuttersthecolourcanbeseenliketheinsideofthegarment.Asanalternativewecouldalsoimaginemovableverticalshuttersmadebythesamematerial.MaterialFamiliesThesecondonewouldbemetal(aluminium,steel,copper).Sincewealreadyshowedseveralref

7、erencesforaluminiumorsteelsolutionswewouldliketoshowacoppersolutionwhichillustratesverywellhowtheclosedpanels,theperforatedpanelsforsunprotectionandtheshuttersaremadebythesamematerial.4.FacadeoftheOfficesTheskinaroundtherestofthebuildingwillconsistoutofthesamematerial.Thedifferenceh
