5、erns.WeexaminedthedataforGeneOntology,andexploredtheKyotoDengbingYaoandMeiyuanEncyclopediaofGenesandGenomesPathway.ThisallowedustoidentifykeyregulatoryfactorsLicontributedequallytothisandrecurrentnetworkmotifs.Weidentified1546differentially-expressedgenesand21distinctwork.patter
