1、ABSTRACT摘要随着农村经济产业升级和结构调整的迫切要求，农村金融服务体系的不健全和体制改革滞后，成了农村经济全面、协调、可持续发展的严重羁绊。目前，农村金融得到了一定程度的发展，但在农村金融得到发展的同时，现有农村金融服务并未真正、彻底满足农村的金融需求。农村金融是我国金融体系的重要组成部分，是支持服务“三农”的重要力量。农村金融的改革探索始终贯穿于农村经济社会发展进程中；为了促进新农村的建立，适应农村经济发展新形势的客观需要，针对农村金融体系现存的问题，必须对现有的农村金融体系进行重构。努力为实现城乡统筹发展、建设社会主义新农村

2、探索出一条可持续发展的金融支持之路。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分：叙述论文的选题背景，国内外研究现状，研究思路与研究方法，论文的基本框架。第二部分：我国现存农村金融服务体系的构成及现状。第三部分：提出农村金融体系存在的问题及其问题成因方面分析。第四部分：完善我国农村金融服务体系的必要性以及对策建议。第五部分：结论与展望。对本文所做的主要研究工作及结论作简要概述。关键词：农村金融，金融体系，农村经济VABSTRACTVABSTRACTABSTRACTAlongwiththeupgradeoftheruraleconomicsindustr
