1、滋阴明目汤治疗干眼症的临床观察滋阴明目汤治疗干眼症的临床观察［摘要］目的观察滋阴明目汤治疗干眼症的疗效。方法将于眼症患者92例（184只眼）随机分为两组。两组均用泪然滴眼液点眼，观察组同时口服滋阴明目汤。观察用药前及用药后1个月患者主观症状积分、泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光索染色等检查。结果观察组治疗前后比较，患者主观症状、泪液分泌、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色等积分均明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0・01）。对照组主观症状积分和角膜荧光索染色积分减少（P<0.05）,其他指标差异无统计学意义（P>0・05）o治疗后，观察组与对照组各项指标比较
