1、AbstractBackground:Thisresearchisaimstoanalysisoftheclinicaldataandthepathologicalstagingofheclinicaldataof100healthycontrolsand100patientswithgastriccancerpatients,toprobeintotheworthofD-dimerincliniccorrelationbetweenpatientswithgastroentericpathologyinthediagnosticandtrea

2、tofgastroentericanalysisD-dimerlevels.Methods:Choosethepatientsthatconfinneddiagnosticofstomachcancerfrom2013.02-2015.02inhospitalRandomsampleof100casesofhealthysubjectsascontrols.Thegroupre-useofgastricpathologygroupedintotwosquadinthelightofthetransfer^Pathologicaltissuety

3、pesbyusingthegastriccancergroupintotwogroups,Poorlydifferentiatedgroupandwell-differentiatedgroup.InpostoperativeTNMstagingisdividedintotwogroups,I+IIstagegroupandIIIstagegroup.Result：GastriccarcinomawashigherthanthecontrollevelofD-dimerthedifferencestatisticssignificance(t=

4、9.735，P=0.000).WithlymphnodemetastasisgroupD-dimerwassignificantlyhigherthanthewithoutlymphnodetransfergroup,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificance(t=2.541,P=0.013);InPoorlydifferentiatedgroupandwe11-differentiatedgroup.D-dimertwodimercontentincreasedobviouslythediscrepan
