1、试论香港宪法的渊源与发展葛勇平[摘要]:香港法律因英占的缘故有混合性的特点,而香港宪法的源流和形式亦有其多样性,这两点均反映在十九世纪中叶至二十世纪初的香港宪政状况Z中。九七Z后,香港特别行政区宪法的发展和表现形式受到中国1982年宪法、1984年中英联合声明和1990年香港特别行政区基本法的决定性影响。中国政府务实地履行法律上的义务和承诺的举动,保障了香港的高度自治及政局稳定和经济繁荣。长此以往,必将有利于法治国家的建设和国家统一。[关键词]:中国1982年宪法;中英联合声明;香港特别行政区基木法;高度自治On
