8、的日常接待及第五届吉首市房交会的参与宣传,令吉首广大购房消费群体对本项目也有了初步的认知。作为项目首期面世的一期一组团各物业种类,对于项目整体形象及实力的展示至关重要,其中就包括有临世纪大道底商部分,虽然本项目商业部分体量只有16000余平方米,仅占项目总建筑面积的2%,但项目地处吉首市新兴发展区域—乾州新区,商业市场及相关配套有别与市中心成熟
