1、鼻渊通窍颗粒联合克拉霉素颗粒治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察［摘耍］目的探讨鼻渊通窍颗粒联合克拉霉素颗粒对小儿慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法将100例小儿慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用克拉霉索进行治疗，观察组同时予鼻渊通窍颗粒，比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后VAS评分、Lund-Kennedy评分、临床症状改善情况及不良反应。结果(1)对照组临床总有效率为66.00%(33/50)；观察组临床总有效率为88.00%(44/50)o两组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)；(4)观察组
