1、产前抗梅毒治疗对妊娠梅毒患者妊娠结局及新生儿预后的影响【摘要】目的：研究产前抗梅毒治疗对妊娠梅毒患者妊娠结局及新生儿预后的影响，探讨产前抗霉素治疗的实际效果。方法：选取2010年8月-2012年9月在本院治疗的80例妊娠梅毒患者，根据产前是否接受抗梅毒治疗，分为观察组和对照组，各40例。监测比较两组妊娠梅毒患者的妊娠结局状况、围产儿预后及新生儿先天梅毒常规检查情况。结果：观察组产妇早产率、死产率、流产率、足月分娩率（5.0%、2.5%、0、92.5%）均优于对对照组产妇（25.0%、32.5%.15.0%、27.5%）,差异有统计学意义（PC0.05）；两组新生儿的
