2、nexesIandIIItoDirective2007/46/ECoftheEuropeanParliamentandoftheCouncil(TextwithEEArelevance)THEEUROPEANCOMMISSION,technicalprovisionsnecessarytoimplementRegulation(EC)No595/2009shouldbeadopted.Therefore,thepresentRegulationaimsatsettingtherequirementsnecessaryforthetype-approv

3、alofEuroVIspecificationHavingregardtotheTreatyontheFunctioningoftheEuropeanvehiclesandengines.Union,HavingregardtoRegulation(EC)No595/2009oftheEuropean(3)Article5(4)ofRegulation(EC)No595/2009requirestheParliamentandoftheCouncilof18June2009ontype-Commissiontoadoptimplementingleg

4、islationsettingapprovalofmotorvehiclesandengineswithrespecttooutspecifictechnicalrequirementsrelatingtotheemissionsfromheavydutyvehicles(EuroVI)andonaccesscontrolofemissionsfromvehicles.Therefore,itisapprotovehiclerepairandmaintenanceinformationandamendingpriatetoadoptthoserequ

5、irements.Regulation(EC)No715/2007andDirective2007/46/ECandrepealingDirectives80/1269/EEC,2005/55/ECand2005/78/EC(1),andinparticularArticles4(3),5(4)and6(2)andArticle12thereof,(4)Followingtheadoptionofthemainrequirementsfortype-approvalofheavydutymotorvehiclesandenginesbyRegulat

6、ion(EC)No595/2009,itisHavingregardtoDirective2007/46/ECoftheEuropeannecessarytoestablishadministrativeprovisionsforthatParliamentandoftheCouncilof5September2007estabECtype-approval.Thoseadministrativerequirementslishingaframeworkfortheapprovalofmotorvehiclesandshouldincludeprov

7、isionsforconformityofproductiontheirtrailers,andofsystems,componentsandseparateandin-serviceconformitytoensurecontinuedgoodtechnicalunitsintendedforsuchvehicles(FrameworkDirective)(2),andinparticularArticle39(7)thereof,performanceofproductionvehiclesandengines.Whereas:(5)Inacco
