6、erulonephritis覆盆子对肾阳虚型AD大鼠学习记忆的影响黄丽萍,熊玉洁,赵梦岚,龚嘉华,谢一辉一(江西中医学院,南昌330004)摘要目的:考察覆盆子不同萃取部位对D.半乳糖联合氢化可的松造成肾阳虚型AD大鼠学习记忆的和血清睾酮的影响,筛选覆盆子抗肾阳虚型痴呆的活性部位。方法:大鼠每天腹腔注射D一半乳糖12.5ms/100g,连续6周,后2周每天肌肉注射氢化可的松混悬液2.5ms/100g,造成肾阳虚痴呆模型,然后空白组和模型组灌胃生理盐水外,其余各组均预防性灌胃覆盆子氯仿部位、正丁醇部位、乙酸乙酯部位、水部位12g/kg每天,连续4周。进行历时1周的Morris水迷宫实
7、验,检测大鼠在Morris水迷宫中的逃避潜伏期、空间探索能力,并检测各组大鼠血清睾酮含量。结果:与模型组比较,覆盆子氯仿部位、乙酸乙酯部位12g/kg每天均可缩短大鼠逃避潜伏期,增强大鼠空间探索能力,同时明显升高血清睾酮水平。结论:覆盆子改善肾阳虚型老年性痴呆大鼠学习记忆的有效部位为氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位。关键词覆盆子;AD;学习记忆;肾阳虚国内外文献报道的覆盆子¨l2主要在抗衰老药效实验及其1.2动物SD大鼠,SPF级,雄性,9O只,体重220±20g,均由他相关实
