1、结；足少阳经筋型治疗组18例，对照组19例，以腓总神经麻痛为主，其中常见的筋结有：趾长伸肌筋结、腓骨短肌筋结、腓骨长肌筋结、梨状肌筋结、髂胫束筋结；足阳明经筋型治疗组10例，对照组11例，以下肢酸冷无力为主，其中常见的筋结有：腹股沟筋结、腰大肌筋结。一般筋结越多，症状越重，多经病变，症状越重。（2）症状、体征比较：壮医经筋疗法在改善下腰痛及下肢痛、日常生活活动受限证候方面优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组和对照组在改善肢体感觉障碍、肌力下降证候方面与传统中医疗法无明显优势（P>0.05）。（3）

2、治疗前后腰椎X线、CT比较：治疗组和对照组在改善腰椎间隙变窄、腰椎骨质增生、腰椎退变腰椎X线无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗组与对照组在改善腰椎CT示腰椎间盘突出情况无显著差异（P>0.05）。（4）治疗前后筋结对比：治疗后与治疗前筋结压痛、硬度改善的例数有显著差异（P<0.05）。（5）治疗前后腰椎JOA评分比较：治疗组与对照组疗效比较有显著差异（P<0.05）。（6）总疗效：60例腰椎间盘突出症患者通过壮医经筋疗法总体疗效：临床控制：30例，显效：15例，有效：9例，无效6例;对照组总体疗效

3、：临床控制：19例，显效：10例，有效：11例，无效20例。壮医经筋疗2法治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为90.00%和66.67%，经X检验（P<0.05）。结论：（1）壮医经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优于中医推拿针灸拨火罐；（2）壮经医筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有疏通两路，松筋解结，解除神经根压迫，消除神经根炎症、水肿、粘连，纠正腰椎小关节紊乱，调节椎旁肌肉张力增加脊柱稳定性，促进突出的椎间盘回纳，活血化瘀止痛，改善微循环等治疗作用，共达“松—顺—动—通”的理想功效。具有理论新颖，方法独
