1、792CHINATROPICALMEDICINEVol17No15May2007中国热带医学2007年第7卷第5期[疾病监控]母亲HBV不同感染状态母婴阻断效果评价X姜文国,程允堂,渠慎稳摘要:目的评价母亲HBV不同感染状态乙肝病毒母婴阻断效果,探讨经济、高效乙肝母婴阻断方案。方法利用血清流行病学方法进行调查和分析。结果济宁市使用的3种母婴阻断方案,母亲HBsAg单阳儿童母婴阻断率为92145%,母亲HBsAg和HBeAg双阳儿童母婴阻断率为89172%,儿童抗-HBs阳性率为85121%。189名母亲单纯HBsAg阳性的儿童3种阻断方案HBV母婴阻断率(χ2=5147,P>0105)和抗-
2、HBs阳性率(χ2=1159,P>0105),无显著性差异。183名母亲HBsAg和HBeAg双阳性的儿童,3种阻断方案HBV母婴阻断率(χ2=12119,P<01005)和抗-HBs阳性率(χ2=7177,P<0105),差异有显著性。结论济宁市目前母亲HBsAg阳性的儿童母婴阻断效果比较理想,今后要根据母亲HBV不同的感染状态,选择既经济又高效的母婴阻断方案。关键词:HBV;母婴阻断;评价中图分类号:R516162文献标识码:B文章编号:1009-9727(2007)5-792-02Evaluationontheresultsinmonitoringofinterruptionofver
