1、江西师范大学硕士学位论文内容摘要随着我国高等教育结构的逐步调整及职业教育层次的日益提升，高等职业教育在整个教育体系中显示出越来越重要的作用，这是整个社会发展对专业人才的要求不断提高这一社会背景所决定的。而要实现高等职业教育的培养目标，培养社会所急需的合格人才，必须高度重视高职学生的德育工作。调查发现，江西高职院校学生的政治观、道德观、法制观、择业观和心理腱康状态等方面存在着一些问题。原因主要是经济全球化对高职德育具有深远的影响，互联网信息技术全方位冲击着人类社会，高校扩大招生加大了高职德育工作的难度以及高职教

2、育的特殊性、高职学生的特点的影响和高职德育工作本身存在的一些问题。面对高职院校德育出现的新问题，我们要采取的对策是：创新高职德育工作机制，创设良好德育环境，紧扣高职特点进行德育，科学选择适合高职学生特点的德育内容，创新高职德育路径。关键词：高职院校德育环境新问题对策AbstractNowadays，thestructureofhighereducationinChinaisbeingadjustedconstantly，andthelevelofvocationaleducationisbeingpromot
