安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计南京某宾馆中央空调系统设计毕业设计1设计简介1.1任务来源本次毕业设计的主要内容是南京某宾馆采暖通风及空调工程设计。我们自己在网上找个符合学校关于毕业设计选题要求的建筑条件图,然后由指导老师审核并规定一些相应的设计任务。1.2设计标准及原则严格按照节能规范以及相关的设计手册的标准来进行毕业设计。以使所设计的建筑物空气调节达到所要求的标准。1.3研究目标设计出节能、舒适、健康符合标准的十三层宾馆大楼采暖通风空调系统。同时做好建筑防火排烟系统的设计。具体工作量包括:计算、设备选型、图纸的绘制、整体方案的评定。2绪论2.1研究意义目前,随着我国经济的逐步增长,居住条件日益改善人们对生活环境的舒适性的要求越来越高,对采暖通风空气调节的需求越来越大,对中央空调节能、舒适、健康更加关注。因此,设计一项节能、舒适、健康的采暖通风空调工程是很有实际意义的。2.2性质及目的毕业设计(论文)是培养学生综合运用所学的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能、分析解决具有一定复杂程度的工程实际问题的综合性实际训练,是学生综合素质与培养效果的全面检验。通过工程设计或专题研究,综合运用和深化所学的专业理论知识,培养独立工作能力,分析、解决一般工程实际问题的能力,使学生受到工程技术和科学研究的基本训练。2.3研究现状中央空调在世界上已有百年的发展历史,在中国也有20多年的应用时间,然而真正引起国内企业关注还是近几年。目前国内市场中央空调领域竞争已经进入白热化阶段,随着价格战连绵不断,在家用空调领域几乎已经无利可图的企业纷纷开始在中央空调领域寻找新的发展空间和利润增长点。与家用空调行业相比,中央空调仍是保持较高利润的空调,这使得由原来约克、大金、开利等国外品牌所占领的国内中央空调市场开始发生变化,国内一些品牌也纷纷进入这个领域。中央空调品种多,发展迅速。在中央空调发展趋势中,健康、环保、节能也将是永远的主题。-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计2.3.1我国暖通空调现状进入90年代后,我国的居住环境和工业生产环境都已广泛地应用空调,空调技术已成为衡量建筑现代化水平的重要标志之一。90年代中期,由于大中城市电力供应紧张,供电部门开始重视需求管理及削峰填谷,蓄冷空调技术提到了议事日程。近年来,由于能源结构的变化,促进了吸收式冷热水机组的快速发展,以及热泵技术在长江中下游地区的应用。随着生产和科技的不断发展,人类对空调技术也进行了一系列的改进,同时也在积极研究环保、节能的空调产品和技术,已经投入使用了冰蓄冷空调系统、燃气空调、VAV空调系统、地源热泵系统等。2.3.2国外暖通空调现状能源是整个经济系统的基本组成部份,作为一个能源消耗大国,美国在节能和提高能源利用率方面投入了大量的人力、物力。在美国的整个能源消耗中,有约1/3以上消耗在建筑能耗上,这些能耗用来满足人们的热舒适、空气品质、提高人们的生活质量。美国暖通空调制冷工程师协会、美国制冷协会、美国冷却塔协会等组织、美国能源部以及众多暖通空调设备生产厂家如York,Carrier等都为建筑节能做出了很大贡献。特别是美国制冷设备生产厂商投入了大量的资源研究高性能冷水机组,使得冷水机组单位制冷量的能耗仅为20世纪70年代的62.3%。美国在空调冷源水系统方面的研究也卓有成效,在冷却水系统方面着重于降低冷却水流量,以达到减少冷却水泵能耗的目的。日本是一个资源贫困的国家,其主要能源来自进口,同时又是一个能源高消费国家。因此,节能和提高能源的利用率对日本来讲有着重要的意义。长期以来,在建筑节能方面,日本做了大量工作,颁布了许多节能法规,提出了建筑节能的评价方法。日本的一些设备生产厂家对空调和制冷设备的投入也很大。Daikin公司首推的变频VRV系统,为中小型建筑安装集中式空调系统创造了条件;Sany公司则在直燃式冷水机组上成绩卓著。世界各国大力发展可再生能源作为空调冷热源用能。地源热泵供暖空调是一种使用可再生能源的高效节能、环保型的工程系统。在美国地源热泵系统占整个空调系统的20%左右;瑞士40%的热泵为地祸热泵,瑞典65%的热泵为地祸热泵。2.3.3暖通空调研究存在的问题国内外的能源都很紧缺,现在要解决的就是用提高能源利用率。而我国更是一个人均资源相对贫乏的国家,因此节能降耗有着十分重要的意义。近年来,由于国民经济的快速发展,使我国的能源显得越来越紧张。-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计通过对一些地区空调系统的调查发现,设计人员在涉及选用冷水机组时多考虑其额定工况下的全负荷性能,而对其部分负荷性能的考虑较少。在风冷式冷水机组和水冷式冷水机组的选择应用上我国制冷工程界也存在着认识上的差异。我国在冷源水系统方面的研究目前较少,一般都是按冷水机组的样本提供的冷却水量和冷冻水量进行冷却水泵和冷冻水泵的选择。对于水系统的水泵是否运行节能则关注不多。事实上,对于冷水机组的运行而言,冷凝器和蒸发器都要求定流量,因此,对于冷水机组部分负荷状态运行时,水泵的输出都是全负荷输出,水系统的全年运行能耗是相当大的。因此水系统的节能具有很大的潜力。2.3.4本课题研究方案(1)主机选择水冷式冷水机组。水冷式冷水机组具有制冷量大、水冷冷却效果好、受环境因素影响小等特点。(2)大空间采用全空气系统的单风道定风量方式。大空间用全空气系统空气集中处理可以减少噪音、减少系统部件便于维修、与半集中式系统相比可防止冷冻水的泄漏损坏设备。(3)客房采用风机盘管加新风系统。便于各个房间空调的调节控制、可减少机房面积降低建筑空间、节能、易于选择安装。(4)由于宾馆进出人员频繁,且易燃物多,为保证人员更加安全。因此,整栋大楼应配置防火排烟设备,做好建筑防火排烟系统的设计。主要特色:a大空间各层分别设置空调机组、具有灵活、操作简单、节省占地和节能等特色b大空间采用全空气加新风系统可避免因风机盘管及水管漏水而危害物品和建筑装修,以及维护不便等问题。c大空间过渡季节可采用全新风。d客房风机盘管加新风的半集中式空调系统:节省空间、布置灵活(各房间能单独调节控制不住人时可关掉机组不影响其它房间的使用)、节省运行费用。3工程概况3.1工程名称南京某宾馆中央空调系统设计3.2建筑物的地理位置及功能介绍本建筑是一幢十三层高的宾馆建筑,地处江苏省南京市。南京地处我国长江下游地区,属北亚热带季风气候区,四季分明,夏热冬冷,春秋短暂,雨量集中,历年平均气温16℃,主导风向夏季为西南风,冬季为东北风。本宾馆主体结构为钢筋混凝土,属于二类建筑。地下一层为地下室机房,一层为大堂及营业厅,二层为餐厅,三、四层为娱乐场所,五层为会议室,-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计六层以上为客房。一层、二层、五层的大空间采用全空气系统,其他楼层采用风机盘管加新风系统。一~五层层高均为4.5m,六~十三层层高均为3.6m,建筑物总高度约为59.8m。总建筑面积约为12171.8m²。本系统管线不复杂,施工方便,夏季空调和冬季供暖同用一套系统,无论从经济、使用寿命,还是从美观、清洁的角度讲,该系统都很符合建筑用途的要求。厕所设置排风扇,保持厕所的相对负压,通过其他房间渗透补充厕所风量,再通过厕所风机排出,使厕所异味不能扩散至其他房间。正压控制的问题,为防止外部空气流入空调房间,设定保持室内5~10Pa正压,送风量大于排风量时,室内将保持正压。3.2.1各层空调设计要求地下室要求有良好的通风、防火和防排烟系统,以满足地下室通风要求和满足作为战时人防工程的要求;空调房间要求有良好的空调环境和较高的室内空气品质,以满足室内人员舒适性要求,能提供舒适性的空调环境。各层洗手间要求有排风设计,设计机械排风系统。该设计中采用的计算方法和数据依据主要来源于由中国建筑工业出版社出版,《空气调节设计手册》(第二版)参考文献[1]、陆耀庆主编的《实用供热空调设计手册》参考文献[2],还有其他的一些相关资料。3.2.2建筑物相关资料1)屋面预制03-1-35-3,传热系数为0.607w/㎡.℃,保温材料为水泥膨胀珍珠岩,厚度为150mm。屋面示意图如下:图3.1屋面示意图2)外墙外墙为厚度240mm的普通砖墙,型号为砖墙36-240-1。墙内表面为水泥砂浆厚度为15mm,墙外表面为抹面胶浆6.0mm厚和聚苯板30mm厚。传热系数为0.889w/㎡.℃。外墙示意图如下:-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计图3.2外墙示意图3)外窗塑钢中空玻璃窗,为5mm厚的平板玻璃,内有活动百叶帘或布窗帘作为内遮阳,传热系数为2.61w/㎡.℃。玻璃幕墙为普通玻璃和空气层和10-16mm双层空气层,隔热玻璃组成的三层窗,为5mm厚的平板玻璃,内有活动百叶帘或布窗帘作为内遮阳,传热系数为2.009w/㎡.℃。4)内墙内墙为混凝土隔墙004001,属于供热空调内墙。由水泥砂浆和混凝土浇筑而成。传热系数为2.33w/㎡.℃。5)内门内门是属于常用门,为木(塑料)框单层实体门,传热系数为3.35w/㎡.℃;楼梯间采用双层金属门板,中间填充15~18厚玻璃棉板,传热系数为2.52w/㎡.℃。6)人数人员数的确定是根据各房间的使用功能及使用单位提出的要求确定的,本宾馆人员密度按不同使用类型房间人均面积进行估算。7)照明、设备由建筑电气专业提供,照明设备为暗装荧光灯,吊顶玻璃内的荧光灯,反射通风系数为0.6。8)空调使用时间宾馆空调每天使用12小时,即8:00~20:00。9)动力与能源资料a动力:工业动力电380V-50Hz;b能源:由自备空调机房供给,及热力公司提供的蒸汽。10)气象资料及室内计算参数-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计11)其他新风量也是按不同类型的场所取不同的新风量,营业厅、宾馆大堂10m³/h.p、餐厅、走廊20m³/h.p、娱乐场所、客房、多功能厅、会议室30m³/h.p;噪声声级不高于40dB;空气中含尘量不大于0.30mg/m³;室内空气压力稍高于室外大气压。4设计方案的论证4.1宾馆空调特点4.1.1建筑特点宾馆的外围护结构多为钢筋混凝土的框架结构,采用自重的轻型墙体材料作为外围护结构。大量采用玻璃幕墙。4.1.2使用特点宾馆的使用性质与时间全楼大体一致,所以整幢楼可选择用同样的空调系统和设备,管理比较方便。宾馆一般采用集中或半集中空调系统。4.1.3宾馆空调系统注意事项a分区问题:按建筑物分为内区和外区,也可以按朝向分或根据房间用途、标准高低、负荷变化以及使用时间等特点划分系统。b过度季节问题:过度季节外区可不用冷热源,但内区仍需要降温,这时应用室外空气直接进入内区降温,即节能又简单;或考虑采用一台小容量的制冷机。c特殊房间的个别控制问题:用风机盘管系统以便控制。4.2确定空调方案的因素由参考文献[1]《空气调节设计手册》(第二版)我们可以知道,空调系统的方案确定与很多因素有关,在设计是应与建筑、结构、工艺等专业密切配合,其中主要需考虑以下的因素:(1)外部环境1)气象资料:建筑物所处的地点,纬度,海拔高度,室外气温、相对湿度、风向、平均风速,冬季和夏季的日照率等。2)周围环境:建筑物周围有无有害气体放散源、灰尘放散源;周围环境噪声要求;属于住宅区、混合区还是工业区;周围建筑的位置、规模和高度;环保、防火和城市规划等部门对本建筑的要求等。(2)所设计建筑物的特点1)规模:需要所空调净化的面积,所在的位置。-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计续表4.3单设新风系统,独立供给室内1)单设新风机组,可随室外气象变化进行调节,保证室内湿度与新风量要求2)投资大3)占有空间多4)新风口尽量紧靠风机盘管,为佳要求卫生条件严格和舒适的房间,目前最常采用此方式单设新风系统供给风机盘管1)单设新风机组,可随室外气象变化进行调节,保证室内湿度与新风量要求2)投资大3)新风接至风机盘管,与回风混合后进入室内,加大了风机风量,增加噪声要求卫生条件严格的房间,目前较少采用此种方式本设计为宾馆的空调系统设计,系统的选定应注意档次和安全的要求,按负担室内空调负荷所用的介质来分类可选择四种系统——全空气系统、空气—水系统、全水系统、冷剂系统。全空气系统分一次回风式系统和二次回风式系统,该系统是全部由处理过的空气负担室内空调冷负荷和湿负荷;空气—水系统分为再热系统和诱导器系统并用、全新风系统和风机盘管机组系统并用;全水系统即为风机盘管机组系统,全部由水负担室内空调负荷,在注重室内空气品质的现代化建筑内一般不单独采用,而是与新风系统联合运用;冷剂系统分单元式空调器系统、窗式空调器系统、分体式空调器系统,它是由制冷系统蒸发器直接放于室内消除室内的余热和余湿。对于较大型公共建筑,建筑内部的空气品质级别要求较高,全水系统和冷剂系统只能消除室内的余热和余湿,不能起到改善室内空气品质的作用,所以全水系统和冷剂系统在本次的建筑空调设计时不宜采用。终上所述,拟采用风机盘管加新风系统,风机盘管的新风供给方式用单设新风系统,独立供给室内。4.4方案的确定-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计根据以上空调系统方案确定因素的分析,本空调系统方案确定如下:(1)本宾馆建筑的一层、二层和五层均是大空间,如宾馆大堂等。由参考文献[1]《空气调节设计手册》可知,对于负荷变化较小或间歇供冷风的,如大型建筑的内区、影剧院、商场等,宜采用集中式全空气系统。由于每层没有设置空调机房,故在每层设置吊顶式空气处理器。(2)三四层和六到十三层的客房这类空调房间排风量少,要求舒适。可采用风机盘管加新风空调系统,它有投资少,使用灵活性高等优点。风机盘管加新风系统,从其名义上可以看出它由两个部分组成,首先,在系统内,按房间分别设置许多个风机盘管机组,它的主要功能是负担房间随时变化的冷、热负荷,第二,它设有一个新风系统,通常这一新风经过了空气的冷、热处理。风机盘管空调方式,这种方式风管小,可以降低房间层高,但维修工作量大,如果水管漏水或冷水管保温不好而产生凝结水,对线槽内的电线或其它接近楼地面的电器设备是一个威胁,因此要求确保管道安装质量。风机盘管加新风系统占空间少,使用也较灵活,但空调设备产生的振动和噪音问题需要采取切实措施予以解决。对于该系统所存在的缺点,可在设计当中根据具体的问题予以解决和弥补。综上所述,风机盘管加新风空调系统实际上是一个直流式空调系统加一个循环式小空调系统组成,它具有以下一些特点:1)与直流式相比,节省能源,此系统的新风量只是以保证卫生标准为基础,不承担房间负荷,因此新风量相对较小,处理新风的冷、热量也较小。2)与一次回风系统相比,可进行局部区域的温度控制,各房间可通过风机盘管控制其供冷量、供热量,一满足正常使用的需求。当部分房间负荷变小时,其供冷量可随自动控制而减小,如果房间不使用,房间温度标准可降低甚至可以停止风机盘管的运行,这对于有客房(24小时使用)又有办公室(10小时使用)的建筑更为方便。3)可部分节省整个大楼空调系统的电气安装容量。风机盘管系统属于全水系统范畴,冷、热水送至使用房间,由于水的比热远大于空气,因此,输送同样的冷、热量至统一地点时,用水管输送时的能耗小于用风输送的能耗。4)由于风机盘管体积小,结构紧凑,因此分布较为灵活。5)由于各空调房间都设有风机盘管,因此其台数较多、导致检修和日常维护工作量增加。6)水管进入室内,要求施工严格,特别是冷冻水管的保温施工要求较好,否则将导致水管漏水或产生凝结水滴至吊顶,严重影响房间的正常使用。7)室内空调噪声主要取决于风机盘管本身的质量,因此在选型时应注意到风机盘管的噪声。8)每个风机盘管必须凝结水管,其排水坡度的要求有时也会影响到吊顶的布置,或导致水流不畅,因此,凝结水管的坡度不小于5‰。-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计4.5风机盘管机组的结构和工作原理风机盘管机组是空调机组的末端机组之一,就是将通风机、换热器及过滤器等组成一体的空气调节设备。机组一般分为立式和卧式两种,可以按室内安装位置选定,同时根据室内装修要求可做成明装或暗装。风机盘管通常与冷水机组(夏)或热水机组(冬)组成一个供冷或供热系统。风机盘管是分散安装在每一个需要空调的房间内(如宾馆的客房、医院的病房、写字楼的各写字间等)。风机盘管机组中风机不断循环所在房间内的空气和新风,使空气通过供冷水或供热水的换热器被冷却或加热,以保持房间内温度。在风机吸风口外设有空气过滤器,用以过滤被吸入空气中的尘埃,一方面改善房间的卫生条件,另一方面也保护了换热器不被尘埃所堵塞。换热器在夏季可以除去房间的湿气,维持房间的一定相对湿度。换热器表面的凝结水滴入接水盘内,然后不断地被排入下水道中。由于本系统采用风机盘管+新风系统,有独立的新风系统供给室内新风,即把新风处理到室内参数,不承担房间负荷。这种方案既提高了该系统的调节和运转的灵活性,且进入风机盘管的供水温度可适当提高,水管结露现象可以得到改善。机组由风机、电动机、盘管、空气过滤器、室温调节装置及箱体等组成(见图4.1)。图4.1风机盘管机组构造图5空调负荷计算夏季空调负荷包括冷负荷和湿负荷。冷负荷主要由围护结构的得热量、室内热源的散热量而形成;湿负荷由室内湿源的散湿形成。根据参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》中的计算公式进行负荷计算,详细计算过程如下:5.1外墙和屋面传热冷负荷计算公式5.1.1外墙或屋面传热形成的计算时刻冷负荷Qτ(W),按下式计算:-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计Qτ=KFΔtτ-ξ(5.1)式中   F—计算面积,㎡;  τ—计算时刻,点钟;    τ-ξ—温度波的作用时刻,即温度波作用于外墙或屋面外侧的时刻,点钟;Δtτ-ξ—作用时刻下,通过外墙或屋面的冷负荷计算温差,简称负荷温差,℃。 注:例如对于延迟时间为5小时的外墙,在确定16点房间的传热冷负荷时,应取计算时刻τ=16,时间延迟为ξ=5,作用时刻为τξ=16-5=11。这是因为计算16点钟外墙内表面由于温度波动形成的房间冷负荷是5小时之前作用于外墙外表面温度波动产生的结果。 当外墙或屋顶的衰减系数β<0.2时,可用日平均冷负荷Qpj代替各计算时刻的冷负荷Qτ:Qpj=KFΔtpj      (5.2)式中   Δtpj—负荷温差的日平均值,℃。5.1.2外窗的温差传热冷负荷通过外窗温差传热形成的计算时刻冷负荷Qτ按下式计算:Qτ=KFΔtτ(5.3)式中   Δtτ—计算时刻下的负荷温差,℃;     K—传热系数。5.1.3外窗太阳辐射冷负荷透过外窗的太阳辐射形成的计算时刻冷负荷Qτ,应根据不同情况分别按下列各式计算:1)当外窗无任何遮阳设施时Qτ=FCsCaJwτ(5.4)式中 Jwτ—计算时刻下太阳总辐射负荷强度,W/㎡;2)当外窗只有内遮阳设施时Qτ=FCsCaCnJwτ(5.5)式中 Jwτ—计算时刻下太阳总辐射负荷强度,W/㎡;3)当外窗只有外遮阳板时Qτ=[F1Jnτ+FJnnτ]CsCa(5.6)注:对于北纬27度以南地区的南窗,可不考虑外遮阳板的作用,直接按式(5.4)计算。4)当窗口既有内遮阳设施又有外遮阳板时Qτ=[F1Jnτ+FJnnτ]CsCnCa(5.7)-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计式中 Jnτ—计算时刻下,标准玻璃窗的直射辐射照度,W/㎡;   Jnnτ—计算时刻下,标准玻璃窗的散热辐射照度,W/㎡;   F1—窗上收太阳直射照射的面积;   F—外窗面积(包括窗框、即窗的墙洞面积)㎡   Ccl、CclN—冷负荷系数(CclN为北向冷负荷系数),无因次,按纬度取值; Ca—窗的有效面积系数;  Cs—窗玻璃的遮挡系数;  Cn—窗内遮阳设施的遮阳系数;注:对于北纬27度以南地区的南窗,可不考虑外遮阳板的作用,直接按式(5.5)计算。5.1.4内围护结构的传热冷负荷(1)当邻室为通风良好的非空调房间时,通过内窗的温差传热负荷,可按式(5.3)计算。(2)当邻室为通风良好的非空调房间时,通过内墙和楼板的温差传热负荷,可按式(5.1)计算,或按式(5.2)估算。此时负荷温差Δtτξ及其平均值Δtpj,应按"零"朝向的数据采用。(3)当邻室有一定发热量时,通过空调房间内窗、隔墙、楼板或内门等内围护结构的温差传热负荷,按下式计算:Q=KF(twp+Δtls-tn)(5.8)式中 Q—稳态冷负荷,下同,W;   twp—夏季空气调节室外计算日平均温度,℃;   tn—夏季空气调节室内计算温度,℃;   Δtls—邻室温升,可根据邻室散热强度采用,℃。5.1.5人体冷负荷人体显热散热形成的计算时刻冷负荷Q,按下式计算:Qτ=nq1CclrCr(5.9)式中 Cr—群体系数;   n—计算时刻空调房间内的总人数;   q1—一名成年男子小时显热散热量,W;   Cclr—人体显热散热冷负荷系数。5.1.6灯光冷负荷照明设备散热形成的计算时刻冷负荷Qτ,应根据灯具的种类和安装情况分别按下列各式计算:(1)白炽灯和镇流器在空调房间外的荧光灯Q=1000n1NXτ-T(5.10)-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计(2)镇流器装在空调房间内的荧光灯Q=1200n1NXτ-T(5.11)(3)暗装在吊顶玻璃罩内的荧光灯Q=1000n0NXτ-T(5.12)式中 N—照明设备的安装功率,kW;  n0—考虑玻璃反射,顶棚内通风情况的系数,当荧光灯罩有小孔,利用自然通风散热于顶棚内时,取为0.5-0.6,荧光灯罩无通风孔时,视顶棚内通风情况取为0.6-0.8;     n1—同时使用系数,一般为0.5-0.8;   T—开灯时刻,点钟;  τ-T—从开灯时刻算起到计算时刻的时间,h;  Xτ-T—τ-T时间照明散热的冷负荷系数。5.1.7设备冷负荷(1)热设备及热表面散热形成的计算时刻冷负荷Qτ,按下式计算:Qτ=qsXτ-T(5.13)式中 T—热源投入使用的时刻,点钟;     τ-T—从热源投入使用的时刻算起到计算时刻的时间,h;     Xτ-T—τ-T时间设备、器具散热的冷负荷系数;     qs—热源的实际散热量,W。(2)电热、电动设备散热量的计算方法如下:1)电热设备散热量     qs=1000n1n2n3n4N(5.14)2)电动机和工艺设备均在空调房间内的散发量     qs=1000n1aN(5.15)3)只有电动机在空调房间内的散热量     qs=1000n1a(1-η)N(5.16)4)只有工艺设备在空调房间内的散热量     qs=1000n1aηN(5.17)式中 N—设备的总安装功率,kW;     η—电动机的效率;-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计     n1—同时使用系数,一般可取0.5-1.0;     n2—利用系数,一般可取0.7-0.9;     n3—小时平均实耗功率与设计最大功率之比,一般可取0.5左右;     n4—通风保温系数;     a—输入功率系数。5.1.8渗透空气显热冷负荷(1)渗入空气量的计算1)通过外门开启渗入室内空气量G1(kg/h),按下式估算:     G1=n1V1pw     (5.18)式中 n1—小时人流量;     V1—外门开启一次的渗入空气量,m^3/h;     pw—夏季空调室外干球温度下的空气密度,kg/m^3。2)通过房间门、窗渗入空气量G2(kg/h),按下式估算:    G2=n2V2pw(5.19)式中n2—每小时换气次数;   V2—房间容积,m^3。(2)渗透空气的显冷负荷Q(W),按下式计算:     Q=0.28G(tw-tn)    (5.20)式中 G—单位时间渗入室内的总空气量,kg/h;    tw—夏季空调室外干球温度,℃;    tn—室内计算温度,℃。5.1.9食物的显热散热冷负荷进行餐厅冷负荷计算时,需要考虑食物的散热量。食物的显热散热形成的冷负荷,可按每位就餐客人8.7W考虑。5.1.10伴随散湿过程的潜热冷负荷(1)人体散湿和潜热冷负荷1)人体散湿量按下式计算     D=0.001φng(5.21)式中 D—散湿量,kg/h;     g—一名成年男子的小时散湿量,g/h。2)人体散湿形成的潜热冷负荷Q(W),按下式计算:-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计6空气处理设备的选择通过对各种产品进行比较,选择“海尔”生产的空气处理设备。该产品具有高效节能、健康环保、运转宁静、安装灵活、外型等特点,并有多种形式可进行选择。6.1全空气系统空气处理设备的选择由于一层、二层和五层的大空间楼层没有设置空调机房,因此空调机组选用吊顶式,现以一层营业厅为例,详细计算选择吊顶式空调机组。已知一层营业厅室内冷负荷为30.286kW,新风负荷为5.115kW,共计35.4kW。由参考文献[4]《海尔空调设备选型手册》,选择G-5X2DF,数量1台。其参数如下:额定风量10000m3/h,机组余压320Pa,额定冷量49.2kW,水流量8090Kg/h,水阻18.5kPa,满足要求。已知:tn=25℃,φn=65%,tw=35℃,tws=28.3℃,室内热湿比由计算式:ε=Q/W(6.1)式中:Q—房间的冷负荷KW;W—房间湿负荷,Kg/s。根据参考文献[9]《暖通空调》送风量的确定计算公式:Ms=1000Mw/(dr-ds)(6.2)式中:Ms—房间送风量,Kg/s;Mw—房间湿负荷,湿负荷详见负荷计算表,Kg/s;dr-ds—房间室内空气和送风的含湿量,g/Kg。处理过程如下图6.1处理过程示意图根据新回风比,可确定出混合点C,过N点作ε的热湿比线,与φ=90%的相对湿度线的交点即为空气处理器的机器露点L。营业厅空调属于舒适性空调,因此可直接以L点作为送风状态点,查ID图可求得L点:ts=14.9℃,h=39kj/kg。送风温差:∆t=25-15=10℃,满足要求。空气处理过程在ID图上表示如下图:-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计图6.3风机盘管与新风口的布置6.3新风机组的选择风机盘管系统需要选用新风机组,新风机组型号为吊顶式空气处理器,处理工况为全新风工况。根据每层的总新风量选择新风机组,同时保证冷量符合。由参考文献[4]《海尔空调设备选型手册》选择新风机组,各层新风机组选型见下表:表6.3新风机组的选型房间新风量m3/h冷负荷kw型号额定风量m3/h机组余压Pa额定冷量kw水流量Kg/h冷冻水阻kPa台数三~四层9905.682.426G-6DF600039051.798900282六~十二层1047.28.667G-1.5DF15002107813504.41十三层407.073.336G-1.5DF15002107813504.417冷水机组的选型及冷冻站的布置7.1冷水机组的选型7.1.1冷冻站冷负荷的确定查参考文献[1]《空气调节设计手册》,根据生产、空调需要的冷负荷,计算出冷冻站的设计最大冷负荷,作为选择冷水机类型、台数、确定冷冻站规模的依据。冷冻站的最大计算冷负荷等于设计计算冷负荷乘以冷量消耗系数,对于一般冷水机组冷量消耗系数取1.05~1.10,氨制冷系统取1.10~1.15。本设计将采用一般的冷水机组,在此取1.05。根据前面的冷负荷计算可知道本建筑的设计计算冷负荷为:993kw,所以冷冻站的最大计算冷负荷为:993×1.05=1042.6kw。7.1.2冷水机组类型的选择制冷机组种类较多,各种制冷机组的容量范围和性能都各有特点及最佳适应条件。主要应根据用户的经济效益及能耗等优劣状况进行综合分析,全面衡量,一般要考虑以下几点:-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计(1)需要冷冻水的温度范围,供回水温差,压力等参数符合要求。(2)总制冷量和单机冷量能适合在全年需要负荷情况下安全、经济运行。(3)节约能源。(4)保护环境,优先选用ODP值及GWP值低的产品,应考虑到有些制冷剂的毒性,设备噪声和振动对周围环境的影响程度要小。(5)对冷却水源的水量、水温,水质及冷却设备设置的可靠性,对采用风冷或水冷式冷水机组应进行综合技术经济比较择优选取。(6)站房建设一次性投资费用要低,全年运行费用要低。(7)维修期长,自动化程度要高,操作方便。根据以上几点的考虑,本设计选用螺杆式制冷机组,其优点是:结构简单、紧凑、重量轻、易损件少、可靠性高、维修期长;在低蒸发温度或高压缩比工况下仍可单机运行;采用滑阀装置,制冷量可在10﹪~100﹪范围内进行无级调节,这就特别适合综合性多功能高层建筑,对湿进行不敏感,当湿蒸汽或少量液体进入机内,没有液击的危险,排气温度低,主要由温度控制,一般在100℃以下,热效率较高;运转平稳,对基础要求通常不需要采用隔振措施;尤其是当今CFCs物质即将被禁止使用之际,螺杆式压缩机制冷机的适用制冷剂为R22和氨。其缺点是噪声相对较高,油路系统较复杂,耗油量较大。根据参考文献[6]《台佳中央空调设计选型手册》,选用“台佳实业”的水冷螺杆式冷水机组,根据以上的冷负荷资料,选择的冷水机组型号为:RSW–310–2,台数2台,其中一台做为备用。其基本参数如下:制冷剂—R22;额定制冷量—1094kW;输入功率—220kW;压缩机数量—2台;冷却水流量—235m3/h;出口管径—DN200;冷却水阻力—60KPa;冷冻水流量—188m3/h;出口管径—DN200;冷冻水阻力—70kPa;机组外形尺寸—长×宽×高=4606㎜×1200㎜×2577㎜。冷冻水进/出水温度—12/7℃;冷却水进/出水温—25/30℃。7.2冷冻机房的布置查参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》,制冷机房的布置原则如下:(1)制冷机房的位置应尽可能靠近负荷中心,力求缩短输送管道,本设计将机房布置在地下室。(2)大中型制冷机房的主机宜与辅助设备分间布置。(3)在建筑设计中,应根据需要预留大型设备的进出安装和维修的空间,并应配备必要的起吊设备。(4)机房需要设置每小时不小于2次的机械通风,配用的电机必须采用防爆型,并设置必要的消防和安全器材。-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计8空调风系统8.1空调房间气流组织本设计的室内温湿度参数详见表3.3,房间送风高度不大于3米。设计的空调系统为舒适性空调。根据参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》中表11.9-1中所示气流组织的基本要求,本设计各小房间新风气流组织选择侧送送风方式,大空间采用散流器下送。8.2风口布置-115-安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计风机盘管加新风系统的送风口根据送风管尺寸新风量和风机盘管风量之和选择合适的双层百叶送风口(45度角),同时也要考虑送风距离、送风速度的影响。新风送风口选择双层百叶风口。大空间是采用方形散流器。8.2.1新风入口注意事项(1)新风进口位置:本系统采用独立的新风系统,因此只须考虑风机盘管机组配置合理;布置时应尽量使排风口与进风口远离,进风口应尽量放在排风口的上风侧;为避免吸入室外地面灰尘,进风口底部应距地面不宜低于2m。(2)新风口其他要求:进风口应设百叶窗,以防雨水进入,百叶窗应采用固定的百叶窗,在多雨地区,宜采用防水的百叶窗。8.2.2风道的布置和制作要求(1)风管应注意布置整齐,美观和便于维修、测试,应与其他管道统一考虑,要防止冷热源管道之间的不利影响,设计时应考虑各管道的装拆方便。(2)风管布置应尽量减少局部阻力,弯管中心曲率半径要不小于其风管直径或边长。一般采用1.25倍直径或边长。(3)风管法兰间应放置具有弹性的垫片,如海绵橡胶、橡皮等,以防止漏风,风管与风管之间不应有看得见的孔洞。(4)风管涂漆。本系统设计时选用镀锌薄板钢板,可以不涂漆,但咬口损坏处要涂漆,施工时已发现锈蚀时要涂漆。8.2.3风管材料和形状对于舒适性空调,风管材料一般采用薄钢板涂漆或镀锌薄钢板,本设计采用镀锌薄钢板,该种材料做成的风管使用寿命长,摩擦阻力小,风道制作快速方便,通常可在工厂预制后送至工地,也可在施工现场临时制作。风管的形状一般为圆形和矩形,圆形风管强度大,耗材量少,但占有效空间大,其弯头与三通需较长距离,矩形风管占由空间较小,易于布置、明装较美观的特点。本设计采用矩形风管,而且矩形风管的高宽比控制在2.5以下。8.2.4百叶送风口的选择步骤(1)-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计绘制系统轴测图,标注各段长度和风量。当气流组织及风口位置确定后,接下来就是布置风管,通过风管将各个风口连接起来,为风口提供一个输送空气的渠道。(2)选定最不利环路(一般是指最长或局部构件最多的分支管路)。(3)根据房间空调风机盘管送风量和使用场合要求的风口颈部最大风速来确定送风速度和百叶风口的尺寸。(4)将选到的其他参数的要求,例如允许噪声,进行校核。若噪声超出,则重新选择风口。(5)按所选的风口的参数,对其进行射程的校核计算。8.3送风系统设计8.3.1一、二、五层空调送风系统设计该空调房间采用的是吊顶式处理器对室内进行空气调节。因此在空气处理器的出口需接送风管。将处理好的空气平均送到房间的各个地方。现以二层为例,对该类送风系统采用详细水力计算。从上面的设备选型知道,二层房间选用的是G-8X2DF型吊顶式空气处理机组,两台,每台机组风量为16000m3/h,机组余压390Pa。送风口采用方型散流器,查参考文献[7]《青云空调风口系列》,方型散流器性能表,采用颈部尺寸240×240的方型散流器。送风管的布置草图见下图8.1。现对商场下边的吊顶式空调器及其送风管路进行水力计算,根据参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》,采用假定流速法进行水力计算,先按技术经济要求选定风管的流速,在根据风管的风量确定风管的断面尺寸和沿程阻力,查表8.5–1风管和设备内的风速,对风机出口v取8m/s,干管v取5m/s,支管v取3.5m/s。由图8.1可知,该送风系统共有48个方形散流器,即48个送风口,按照平均分配风量原则,每个风口的风量为31848/48=663.5m3/h。具体计算时以其中的一台空调机组所送风的过程为例。具体的计算步骤如下:(1)绘制空调系统图,对各管段进行编号,标注长度和风量,系统草图见图8.2。(2)选定最不利环路,本系统的最不利环路为1–2–3–4–5–6–7–空调机组。(3)根据各管段的风量及选定的流速,查参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》表8.2–2,钢板矩形风管计算表,确定最不利环路上各管段的断面尺寸和单位长度摩擦阻力,结果见表(4)查参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》,得出各管段局部阻力系数。1)管段1:方形散流器,颈部名义直径240×240mm。查表11.9-12,其全压损失为22.32Pa。单开阀杆式风量调节阀:ζ=0.92)管段2:矩形风管渐缩管A1/A0=(320×250)/(250×250)=1.28θ=60°查:ζ=0.06-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计将最不利环路上各管段的阻力累加起来即可得出环路总阻力,由以上计算可以得出环路总阻力为102.46Pa。由空气处理器得性能参数可知,该机组得机内余压为390Pa,考虑新风入口的百叶窗以及新风阀门的阻力,该机组的机内余压能满足要求。二层另外一台空气处理器的送风系统与这台机组一样,具体的风管布置与尺寸见设计风管布置图,其它图层各风管的尺寸详见施工图。图8.1二层风管平面布置图图8.2二层北边空调机组系统草图8.3.2新风系统设计三、四层和六至十三层采用独立的新风系统,现以六层客房为例,对其新风系统进行详细的水力计算,由前面计算可知六层新风机组型号为G-5X2DF,处理风量为:1500m3-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计空调房间的气流流型主要取决于送风射流,回风口的位置对气流流型很小,对区域温差的影响也很小;(1)回风口不应设在射流区内。对于侧送方式,一般设在送回风口同侧下方;(2)高大厂房上部有一定余热量时,宜在上部增设排风口或回风口;(3)有走廊的多间空调房间,如对消声、洁净度要求不高,室内又不排出有害气体时可在走廊设置集中回风,而空调房间内,在与走廊邻近的门或内墙下侧,宜设可调百叶栅口,走廊两侧应设密闭性好的门;(4)影响空调区域局部热源,可用排风罩或排风口形式进行隔离。对于本设计的一、二、五层的全空气系统,采用集中式回风,即在吊顶式空气处理器上直接设回风口,在有些地方设置回风管道以增强回风能力。而对于其他风机盘管加新风系统采用单层百叶回风口,各层回风口的布置见设计图。8.5排风系统设计对于一些不需要进行空气调节而必须通风的房间,可以采用设立独立的排风系统,从而达到通风的效果,如地下机房,厨房,洗手间等。8.5.1卫生间排风卫生间排风换气次数为10次/小时,由参考文献[8]《松下设备选型手册》客房每个卫生间选用松下FV—24CHL1C型照明换气扇一台,公共厕所选用松下FV—24CHL1C型照明换气扇两台,其单台风量为207m3/h,排风管直径为100mm。卫生间排风由各换气扇的排风管集中到排风竖井,通过排风竖井将排气扇排出的气体排至室外。8.5.2厨房排风厨房总的面积为222.498㎡,由参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》知面积大于200㎡的需要进行防排烟设计。机械补风量不小于50%的排烟量,而且每单位面积的排风量不少于60m3/h,故厨房的排烟量为222.498×60=13349.88m3/h。所以由参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》表10.5-10知厨房应选择PA型轴流式排烟风机中的型号4C,风量5100m3/h的4台。8.5.3地下机房排风地下机房总的面积为813.45㎡,由参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》知面积大于200㎡的需要进行防排烟设计。机械补风量不小于50%的排烟量,故地下机房的排烟量为排烟量为813.45×60=48807m3/h。所以由参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》表10.5-10知地下机房应选择PA型轴流式排烟风机中的型号5,风量11000m3/h的5台。8.5.4楼梯间及其前室、走廊的防排烟根据参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》中表10.1-1自然排烟部位及开口有效面积知道,长度小于60米的内走道,有外窗的开口形式且其窗面积大于内走道面积的2%的采用自然排烟;靠外墙的防烟楼梯间前室,有外窗的开口形式且开口面积大于2.0㎡的可以采用自然排烟;靠外墙的合用前室有外窗的开口形式且开口有效面积大于3.0㎡-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计时,可采用自然排烟。而本建筑的走道上采用的窗户是SGH-2的面积为2.7㎡,共两扇。而走道面积为112.32㎡,故窗户总面积为5.4㎡>112.32×2%=2.25㎡,可以采用自然排烟。对于靠外墙的防烟楼梯间前室,其外窗为SGH-3,面积为3.78㎡>2.7㎡符合自然排烟;然而对于靠外墙的合用前室其外窗为SGH-2,面积为2.7㎡<3.0㎡,不符合自然排烟,故需要进行加压送风或排烟。对于防排烟计算,根据参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》知道可以通过压差法和风速法来进行计算。计算公式如下:压差法Ly=0.827f△P1/b×3600×1.25(8.1)式中Ly--送风量(m3/h)△P--门、窗两侧的压差值b--指数f--门、窗漏缝隙的计算漏风总面积㎡风速法Lv=nFv(1+b)/a×3600(8.2)式中v--开启门洞处的平均风速m/sF--每个门的开启面积㎡a--背压系数b--漏风附加率n--同时开启门的计算数量由压差法知道门Ly1=0.827×13×2×0.0306×501/2×3600×1.25=20936.2m3/h窗户Ly2=13×7.6×8.4=829.9m3/h则Ly=Ly2+Ly1=21766.1m3/h由风速法知道门Lv1=2×3.6×0.8×(1+0.1)×3600/1.0=22809.6m3/h风速法的计算结果大于压差法,故采用风速法结果,且其与参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》中表10.2-4控制风量相符。风道断面选0.45㎡、风速为14.08m/s,共设置13个风口,风速为5m/s风口有效面积为0.1㎡。由参考文献[7]《青云空调风口系列》选定300×400的自垂式百叶风口。根据上虞市聚英风机工业有限公司提供的产品样本选择SWF高效低噪声混流风机,机号JYSF-3,风量28000m3/h、压力800Pa、功率11KW,加压送风详见设计图纸。8.6气流组织计算本设计采用的气流组织主要有下送上回和侧送风,对于一层等大空间采用下送上回,对于客房则采用单侧上送下回,现分别对两类送风方式进行气流组织计算。-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计在风机盘管加新风系统中新风作为辅助送风,为简化计算,可忽略新风对气流的影响,因此只需对风机盘管送风的气流组织进行计算。8.6.1客房侧送风系统现以6001号客房为例,依据参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》,如下图进行计算。图8.8客房气流组织采用双层百叶送风口,射程为χ=5.75-0.5=5.25m(0.5m为射流末端长度,5.75为房间长度减去卫生间的长度)。风机盘管的送风口尺寸为800×130,则风口的当量直径为:ds==0.36mm(8.3)ν=L/(3600ab)(8.4)(8.5)式中:To——射流出口温度,K;Tn——房间空气温度,K;do——风口面积当量直径,m;g——重力加速度,m/s2-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计由Ar数的绝对值查得x/d0值,就可以得到射流贴附长度x。由公式计算阿基米德数Ar=0.146,查得x/d0=20,则x=20×0.36=7.2m>5.25m,满足要求。校核房间高度公式H=h+w+0.07·x+0.3m,房间高度>=H为满足要求;(8.6)式中:h——空调区高度,一般取2m;w——送风口底边至顶棚距离,m;0.07·x——射流向下扩展的距离,m;0.3——安全系数,m。H=h+w+0.07·x+0.3=2+0.5+0.07×5.25+0.3=3.17<3.6m符和要求。空调房间各新风送风口均选择双层百叶送风口。三四层KTV选用250×250的风口,其中的办公室选用100×200的风口,标准层的客房选用100×100的风口,走廊上选择散流器进行下送风以达到走廊新风的要求,尺寸为120×120。以上的选择均来自参考文献[7]《青云空调风口系列》。8.6.2大空间散流器下送上回系统以二层的一个散流器为例,由前面设计计算可知各个散流器之间长度方向的距离为3.9米,横向的距离为1.63米。因此可以前单个别散流器看成是安装在一个尺寸为3.9×1.63×3(长×宽×高)(m)的房间内的散流器。由参考文献[9]《暖通空调》教材P256页中关于散流器的气流组织计算来对本房间来进行计算。本房间选用的是240×240的方形散流器,风量为663.5m3/h,则颈部风速为ν=663.5/3600/9/0.576=3.2m/s(8.7)散流器实际出口面积约为颈部面积的90%,即A=0.0576×0.9=0.52m2。则散流器出口风速νo=3.2/0.9=3.6m/s。因此,射流末端速度为0.5m/s的射程,即X=KA1/2νo/νx-Xo=7.2m(8.8)故室内平均速度为νm=0.381×7.2/(3.9×1.63/4+3×3)1/2=0.26m/s;如果送冷风,则室内的平均风速为0.3m/s;送热风时,平均风速0.22m/s。所选散流器符合要求。由此,本建筑的大空间所选的散流器分别如下:一层、二层大空间均选240×240的散流器,五层大空间选用300×300的散流器和240×240的散流器,其中五层走廊送风散流器的尺寸为180×180。以上散流器的选取均来自参考文献[7]《青云空调风口系列》。8水系统设计-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计9.1水系统的比较选择空调水系统包括冷水系统和冷却水系统两个部分,它们有不同类型可供选择。由参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》知空调水系统比较表如下:表9.1空调水系统比较表类型特征优点缺点闭式管路系统不与大气相接触,仅在系统最高点设置膨胀水箱与设备的腐蚀机会少;不需克服静水压力,水泵压力、功率均低。系统简单与蓄热水池连接比较复杂开式管路系统与大气相通与蓄热水池连接比较简单易腐蚀,输送能耗大同程式供回水干管中的水流方向相同;经过每一管路的长度相等水量分配,调度方便,便于水力平衡需设回程管,管道长度增加,初投资稍高异程式供回水干管中的水流方向相反;经过每一管路的长度不相等不需设回程管,管道长度较短,管路简单,初投资稍低水量分配,调度较难,水力平衡较麻烦两管制供热、供冷合用同一管路系统管路系统简单,初投资省无法同时满足供热、供冷的要求三管制分别设置供冷、供热管路与换热器,但冷热回水的管路共用能同时满足供冷、供热的要求,管路系统较四管制简单有冷热混合损失,投资高于两管制,管路系统布置较简单四管制供冷、供热的供、回水管均分开设置,具有冷、热两套独立的系统能灵活实现同时供冷或供热,没有冷、热混合损失管路系统复杂,初投资高,占用建筑空间较多单式泵冷、热源侧与负荷侧合用一组循环水泵系统简单,初投资省不能调节水泵流量,难以节省输送能耗,不能适应供水分区压降较悬殊的情况复式泵冷、热源侧与负荷侧分别配备循环水泵可以实现水泵变流量,能节省输送能耗,能适应供水分区不同压降,系统总压力低。系统较复杂,初投资较高根据以上各系统的特征及优缺点,结合本办公楼情况,本设计空调水系统选择-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计闭式、同程、双管制系统。9.2空调水系统的布置根据参考文献[1]《空气调节设计手册》知,目前空调设备常用表面冷却器冷却空气,如本设计采用的风机盘管和吊顶式空气处理器,因此可以采用闭式系统,该系统只有膨胀箱通向大气,为压力式回水系统,所以系统腐蚀性小。由于系统简单,冷损失较少,且不受地形的限制,而且再系统的最高点设置膨胀水箱,整个系统都充满了水,冷冻水泵的扬程仅需要克服系统的流动摩擦阻力和局部阻力,因而冷冻水泵的功率消耗较小,由此看来采用闭式系统较为合理。9.3冷冻水水管水力计算9.3.1水管管径、流速等确定及计算步骤该建筑属于高层建筑,而且该建筑功能较多,因此可以将冷冻水系统分为两个系统,根据各层的功能和用途,将一至五层划分为一个系统,一到五层的冷负荷较大,冷冻水量也较大,六至十三层为一系统,这几层为客房和办公室,冷冻水量较少。各层冷冻水的布置见设计图。现对冷冻水系统进行水力计算,本系统最不利环路为:第十三层最远端的风机盘管至地下室机房的环路。先计算从集水器至13001房间的风机盘管的环路,其水力计算草图见图9.1,另一分区的见图9.2,水力计算步骤如下:(1)对图中各管段进行标号,详见系统草图9.1;(2)查参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》中表11.8-9选定流速。水泵吸水管1.2~2.1m/s;水泵出水管:0.9~3.0m/s,一般供水管:1.5~3.0m/s,室内供水立管:0.9~3.0m/s,根据选定的流速和已知的流量查参考文献[10]《现代住宅暖通空调设计手册》关于流量的计算公式算出流量然后再根据水管的经济流速及其管径附录表选出合适的管径,查出单位长度摩擦阻力以及选定的流速,计算流量的公式如下:W=3600Q/Cpρ(tn-tg)(9.1)式中:W——水流量(m3/h);Q——冷负荷(KW);tn-tg——进出水温差;ρ——水的密度;Cp——比热容;取4.19-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计(1)首先要满足最高运行工况的流量和沿程,并使水泵的工作状态点处于高效率范围。(2)泵的流量和沿程应有10~20﹪的富裕量。(3)多台泵并联运行时,应尽可能选择同类型号水泵。根据以上三点,该建筑空调系统最大流量为冷水机组总的流量,G=188m3/h,最大沿程即为前面计算出最不利环路的总阻力,ΔP=481.4kPa,富裕量取15﹪,因此总流量为,G=188×(1+15﹪)=216.2m3/h,总阻力ΔP=481.4×(1+15﹪)=553.6kPa。因为流量比较大,因此采用三台水泵并联使用,所以每台水泵所要达到的流量为216m3/h,扬程553.6kPa,合为56.4mH2O,根据流量和扬程查参考文献[11]《连成系列卧式离心泵》选用SLW100-250A型卧式离心泵,其参数如下:流量121m3/h,沿程59.5m,转速N:2950r/min,工作功率30KW,重量330Kg,数量3台,两台工作,一台备用。该设备具有高效节能、机电一体占地面积少性能稳定等优点。9.4.2冷冻水泵配管布置进行水泵的配管布置时,应注意以下几点:(1)安装软性接管:在连接水泵的吸入管和压出管上安装软性接管,有利于降低和减弱水泵的噪声和振动的传递。(2)出口装止回阀:目的是为了防止突然断电时水逆流而时水泵受损。(3)水泵的吸入管和压出管上应分别设进口阀和出口阀;目的是便于水泵不运行能不排空系统内的存水而进行检修。。(4)水泵的出水管上应装有温度计和压力表,以利检测。如果水泵从地位水箱吸水,吸水管上还应该安装真空表。(5)水泵基础高出地面的高度应小于0.1m,地面应设排水沟。9.5膨胀水箱的选型查参考文献[1]《空气调节设计手册》,水箱的容积按下式计算:(9.2)式中:ν—水箱容积(L);ρ2—系统在高温时水的密度(kg/L),对于供冷为系统运行前的最高温度,可取35℃,因此ρ2=0.99395kg/L。ρ1—系统在低温时水的密度,对于供冷可取7℃,一次ρ1=0.99975kgνc—系统内单位水容量之和,对于室内供冷取31.2Q—系统的总冷量(kW),采用两台冷水机组总冷量之合,即1094×2=2188kW所以:,约为0.4m3-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计,查参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》中表4.4–17,选用公称容积为:0.5m3的膨胀水箱,采用襄式自动给水落地式膨胀水箱,安放在地下机房,因此膨胀水管就比较短,具体布置见机房布置图。图9.3膨胀水箱9.6分水器、集水器的选择9.6.1分水器和集水器的构造和用途分水器和集水器实际上是一段大管径的管子,在其上按设计要求焊接上若干不同管径的管接头,在集中供水(供冷和供热)系统中,采用集水器和分水器的目的是有利于空调分区的流量分配和调节,亦有利于系统的维修和操作。确定分水器和集水器的原则是使水量通过集管时的流速大致控制在0.5~0.8m/s范围之内。分水器和集水器一般选择标准的无缝钢管(公称直径DN200~DN500)。9.6.2分水器和集水器的尺寸供水集管又称分水器(或分水缸),回水集管又称集水器(或回水缸),它们都是一段水平安装的大管径钢管。冷水机组生产的冷水送入供水集管,再经供水集管向各支系统或各分区送水,各支系统或各分区的空调回水,先回流至回水集管,然后由水泵送入冷水机组。供回水集管上的各管路均应设置调节阀和压力表,底部应设置排污阀或排污管(一般选用DN40)。供回水集管的管径按其中水的流速为0.5~0.8m/s范围确定。管长由所需连接的管的接头个数、管径及间距确定,两相邻管接头中心线间距为两管外径+1200mm,两边管接头中心线距集管断面宜为管外径+60mm。图9.4集水器和分水器的构造图-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计9.6.3分水器和集水器的选型计算查参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》,集管的直径,可以按并联接管的总流量通过集管时的断面流速v=1.0~1.5m/s来确定。由前面的计算可知,两根并联管的管径分别为DN150合DN200,流速2.0m/s。DN150的内径151mm,其断面面积为:(9.3)DN200的内径为202㎜,其断面面积为:(9.4)所以:(9.5)取v=1.2m/s则集管应有的截面面积为:(9.6)相应的直径为:(9.7)故选用DN320的管道作为集管。9.7过滤器及分汽缸的选择9.7.1过滤器的选择查参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》,在水系统中的孔板、水泵、换热器的入口管道上,均应安设过滤器,以防止杂质进入,污染或堵塞这些设备。本设计只对冷冻水泵、冷却水泵安设过滤器,采用常用的Y型过滤器,该中过滤器具有外形尺寸小,安装清洗方便的特点,过滤器的尺寸与相应的水泵入口的管径相匹配。Y形过滤器的主要技术参数:公称直径DN15~400mm;工作压力1.0MPa;介质温度≤220℃;实验压力2.0MPa。9.7.2分汽缸的选择根据有关生产分汽缸的厂家产品样本,选择2150×500承压1.0Mp。9.8冷凝水管的设计9.8.1冷凝水管总体分析冷凝水管采用一般的自来水管,空气处理器、风机盘管的冷凝水管管径应与其出口管径相匹配,干管管径最大不超过DN50,而且冷凝水管应有不小于0.001的坡度。针对空气处理器,风机盘管的表冷器处于负压段时,其冷凝水管应用水封,水封的具体做法见图9.5。-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计图9.5水封图9.8.2风机盘管水系统冷凝水管考虑风机盘管机组在运行时产生的冷凝水,必须及时排走,排放凝结水的管路的系统设计中,应注意以下几点:(1)风机盘管凝结水盘的进水坡度不应小于0.01。其它水平支干管,沿水流方向,应保持不小于0.002的坡度,且不允许有积水部位;(2)冷凝水管道宜采用聚乙烯塑料管或镀锌钢管,不宜采用焊接钢管。采用聚乙烯塑料管时,一般可以不加防止二次结露的保温层,但采用镀锌钢管时应设置保温层。(3)冷凝水管的公称直径D(mm),一般情况下可以按照机组的冷负荷Q(KW),按照下列数据近似选定冷凝水管的公称直径:Q≤7KW,DN=20mm;Q=7.1-17.6KW,DN=25mm;Q=17.7-100KW,DN=32mm;Q=101-176KW,DN=40mm;Q=177-598KW,DN=50mm;Q=599-1055KW,DN=80mm;Q=1056-1512KW,DN=100mm;Q=1513-12462KW,DN=125mm;Q≥12462KW,DN=150mm。本设计的凝水管采用聚乙烯塑料管,可以不加防止二次结露的保温层;风机盘管的凝水管管径与风机盘管的接管管径一致,均为DN20,就近排放至近的卫生间下水口;新风机组的凝水管管径为DN50,也就近排放至临近的卫生间下水口。9.9冷却水系统设计9.9.1冷却水系统类型的确定-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计参考文献[1]《空气调节设计手册》,采用开式冷却水系统,对于开始冷却水系统的水质,应符合现行国家标准《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》的要求,考虑到城市用水问题,该建筑位于城市区域,因此不适合采用直流式供水系统,故采用循环冷却水系统,该类冷却水系统在空调工程中大量采用,只需要补充少量的补给水,但也需要增设循环水泵合冷却构筑物,通风方式采用机械通风冷却循环系统,采用机械通风冷却塔,用自来水补充,由于冷却水量、温度、压力等参数直接影响到制冷机的运行工况,尤其在当前空调工程中大量采用自控程度高的各种冷水机组,因此机械通风循环系统被广泛地应用。9.9.2冷却塔的确定由前面的冷水机组选型可知,每台冷水机组的冷却水量为:235m3/h,根据冷却水量选用冷却塔。由参考文献[12]《B2000冷却塔选型手册》选用由浙江联丰股份有限公司生产的冷却塔,该类冷却塔具有外形尺寸小、高度低、重量轻、结构设计先进、噪声低、漂水极少等优点。选用型号为:B2250S的冷却塔,数量1台,其每台参数如下:冷却水量250m3/h,风机直径1800㎜,进塔水压10kPa,冷却塔布置在一层地面。9.9.3冷却水系统设计冷却水系统水力计算草图见图9.6水力计算方法同冷却水系统计算方法一样,其计算结果见表9.6。表9.6冷却水系统水利计算表管段标号流量kg/s长度Lm管径mm流速Vm/s动压PdPa局部系数∑ζ局部阻力kPaRmPa/m摩擦阻力RmL总阻力kPaD~E65.317.6DN1501.4999.314.514.2253.64.518.7B~C65.35.5DN1501.4999.311.511.3253.61.412.7A~B65.310.2DN1501.4999.315.515.2253.62.617.8总阻力∑ΔP=18.7+12.7+17.8=49.2kPa。图9.6冷却水系统水力计算草图-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计9.9.4冷却水泵的选型已知冷却水量为235m3/h,由前面水力计算可知管道阻力为49.2kPa,冷水机组的阻力为60kPa,冷却塔的阻力为10kPa,共计119.2kPa,合计12.15mH2O,加上高差水静压22.4mH2O,总共34.55mH2O,富裕量去15﹪,因此G=235×(1+15﹪)=270.3m3/h,ΔP=34.55×(1+15﹪)=39.7mH2O,根据G、ΔP查参考文献[11]《连成系列卧式离心泵》,选用SLW125–200A型卧式X离心泵,台数3台,并联使用,其中一台备用。其参数如下:流量150m3/h,扬程44m,电机功率30kW,,转速N:2950r/min,重量368kg。9.10风机盘管系统的水系统说明风机盘管系统的水系统与采暖系统相似(双水管时),故可以采用两管制水系统(如下图)。供回路水管各一根,具有简便、初期投资低等优点。系统设计时应注意把膨胀水管接在回水管上,此外管路要有坡度,并考虑排气和排污装置。水系统的调节方式有:风机盘管系统一般均采用个别水量调节,当在进入盘处设置二通阀调节盘管水量时,则系统水量改变;当在设有盘管旁通分路及出口三通时,则进入盘管流量虽改变而系统水量不变。在本设计中可以采用前者。图9.7风机盘管二管制系统简图风机盘管机组在使用过程中应该注意的几个问题:(1)定期清洗滤尘网,以保持空气流动畅通;(2)定期清扫换热器上的积灰,以保证它具有良好的传热性能;(3)风机盘管制冷时,冷水进口温度一般采用7-10℃,不能低于5℃,以防止管道及空调器表面结露;(4)当噪声级很高时,可以在机组出口和房间送风口之间的风道内做消声处理。9.11换热器的选型由前面的负荷计算可知热负荷总共为271.686KW,采暖面积就是空调面积为6725.33435m2。本设计提供的热源为0.6MPa的蒸汽,故采用汽—-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计水换热。板式换热器具有传热效率高、结构紧凑、阻力损失小、热损小、维修清洗方便、运行安全可靠、投资低等优点,从而选择板式换热器。根据参考资料[13]《思创换热-板式换热器》,选型号为BRG02的换热器,具体参数如下:饱和蒸汽压力0.3MPa,提供热量为2525000KJ/h,换热量为2449000KJ/h,适合供暖面积为8580m2,效率≥97%。图9.8板式换热器样图10消声减震10.1概述空调系统的消声和减振是空调设计中的重要一环,它对于减小噪声和振动,提高人们大额舒适感和工作效率,延长建筑物的使用年限有着极其重要的意义。对于设有空调等建筑设备的现代建筑,都可能室外及室内两个方面受到噪声和振动源的影响。一般而言室外噪声源是经过维护结构穿透进入的,而建筑物内部的噪声、振动源主要是由于设置空调、给排水、电气设备后产生的,其中以空调制冷设备产生的噪声影响最大。包括其中的冷却塔、空调制冷机组、通风机、风管、风阀等产生的噪声。其中主要的噪声源是通风机。风机噪声是由于叶片驱动空气产生的紊流引起的宽频带气流噪声以及相应的旋转噪声所组成,后者由转数和叶片数确定其噪声频率。10.2消声设备选型本设计消声设计要考虑两个部分,一、二、五层全空气系统为一部分,三、四层和六至十三层风机盘管加新风系统为一部分。查参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》中表16.1–15得出各类建筑物室内的允许噪声级,见下表10.1:-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计对于风机的出口需要接帆布接口,制冷压缩机和水泵的管路处均应设置隔震软管,即软接头,软接头的尺寸与相连接的管道管径相匹配,为了防止吊顶式空气处理器振动传递出去,机组的调卡均采用防震吊卡。10.3.2减震设备的选择水泵减震器设计根据参考文献[11]《连成系列卧式离心泵》,所选的水泵有配套的底座以及减震器,对于SLW100–250A的冷冻水泵,选用的隔震垫为SD62–1.5型,隔震器为JG4–2型,对于SLW125–200A型冷却水泵,隔震垫为SD62–1型,隔震器为JG3–2型,冷水机组的减震设计见参考文献[6]《台佳中央空调设计选型手册》,所用的冷水机组也有配套的机座和减震装置。11管道保温设计11.1概述(1)保温材料选择的原则:选用导保温材料应具有以下几个特点:如导热系数小、吸水率低、防火性能好、抗老化能力强及有一定的机械强度、无毒及有一定的经济性等。(2)主要保温材料的选择:岩棉板的密度小,导热系数小,施工简便,适用温度范围广,本建筑是空调水管是冬夏两季共用的两管制系统,故水管的保温材料选用岩棉板;考虑到施工的方便性,对于矩形风管的保温材料采用泡沫塑料保温板,泡沫塑料保温板施工方便,密度小,导热系数小。(3)由参考文献[3]《公共建筑节能设计标准》附录C中表C.0.1建筑物内空气调节冷热水管的经济绝热厚度如下表:表11.1建筑物内空气调节冷热水管的经济绝热厚度材料风管空调水管DN≤4050≤DN≤100125≤DN≤250DN≥300岩棉板35mm40mm45mm50mm泡沫橡塑20mm11.2保温材料防结露厚度下表为各管径下要求的防结露厚度:表11.2保温材料(玻璃棉)的防结露厚度表管径DN15DN20DN25DN32DN40DN50DN70DN80DN100厚度/mm111212.51313.51414.514.51511.3保温材料的选用-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计保温材料的热工性能主要取决于其导热系数,导热系数越大,说明性能越差,保温效果也越,因此选择导热系数低的保温材料是首要原则。同时综合考虑保温材料的吸水率、使用温度范围、使用寿命、抗老化性、机械强度、防火性能、造价及经济性,可以在本设计中对供回水管及风管的保温材料均采用带有网格线铝箔帖面的防潮离心玻璃棉。11.4保温材料的经济厚度从上面可以选出冷介质管道防结露所需的最小保温厚度。应该明确的是,除空气凝结水管外,其余计算的保温防结露厚度通常都不是最经济的厚度而只是满足了最低使用要求的厚度。关于经济厚度,要考虑以下一些因素:1)保温材料的类型及造价(包括各种施工、管理等费用);2)冷(热)损失对系统的影响;3)空调系统及冷源形式;4)保温层所占的空间对整个建筑投资的影响;5)保温材料的使用寿命。11.5保温材料选择计算对于圆管可按下式计算:(d+2δ)ln[(d+2δ)/d]=2λ[(tl-tng)/(twg-tl)]/αwg(11.1)式中:δ—防止结露保温层的最小厚度(m);twg—保温层外的空气温度(℃);tl—保温层外的空气露点温度(℃);tng—管内介质温度(℃);λ—保温材料的导热系数[W/(m·℃)];αwg—保温层外表面换热系数[W/(m·℃)],一般为5.8~11.6,室内管道可取8.1;d—保温前的管道外径。对于圆管,计算出2λ[(tl-tng)/(twg-tl)]/αwg后,保温层厚度可由参考文献[1]《空气调节设计手册》表3-14中查出。而其中的保温材料的选择由参考文献[2]《实用供热空调设计手册》中表18.1-1查的离心玻璃棉的传热系数为0.04W/(m·℃)。则由计算式计算出2λ[(tl-tng)/(twg-tl)]/αwg=0.0314,查的保温层材料为离心玻璃棉,厚度为20mm。在这个范围内都能满足任何管径的保温。而风管有可以采用同样的保温材料及厚度。-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计12消防空调系统的风道是火灾蔓延的重要途径,为了保证建筑及人员的安全,必须十分重视空调系统的防火问题。防火措施:(1)各层因尽量设有自动喷水灭火装置;(2)垂直风道应设在管道竖井内,该井壁应为耐火极限不低于1小时的非燃烧体,井壁上的检查门应采用丙级防火门;(3)通风及空气调节系统的风道不宜穿过防火墙和变形缝,如必须穿过,应在风道上设防火阀;(4)风道应采用非燃材料;(5)进风口应设在不受火灾威胁的安全地带;(6)防火应考虑可靠的接地措施,防止静电积聚;(7)防火阀及排烟阀、排烟风机待均应定期检修和运行,以备紧急情况下使用。-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计13施工说明13.1空调水管(1) 管材:冷水管道、热水管道管径d≤50mm采用焊接钢管,焊接或零件连接;d≥70mm采用热轧无缝钢管,弯头煨弯时期曲率半径为管径的2—4倍。较大的冷水管道采用焊接弯头、焊接或法兰连接。与风机盘管连接的支管要求用镀锌钢管,且为零件连接,同时风机盘管与水管之间用金属软管连接。(2) 试压:全部水管道安装完毕后,应进行分段试压。热泵机组、新风机组、水泵、风机盘管等设备的试压应安厂家说明的有关要求进行。(3) 冲洗:应进行分段冲洗,只排水洁净为合格。(4) 防腐:非镀锌钢管表面除锈后,刷防锈漆两道,明装管道刷银粉两道;镀锌管道表面缺损处刷防锈漆一道,银份两道。(5) 保温:冷水管道、热水管道、空气冷凝水管道均作保温,保温材料采用福乐斯决热保温材料,冷水管道、热水管道厚度为25mm,冷凝水管道厚度为15mm。所有的缝隙均要求用福乐斯胶水粘节严密,不得存在漏气现象,且冷水管道与支吊架之间应做经过防腐处理的木质密垫块,具体做法参见《通用图集91SB—6》。(6) 管道穿墙及楼板处应加套管,待管道安装完毕后予以堵严。(7) 明装管道外表面应每隔3米,涂不同颜色色环以示区别。但为辨别管内水流方向也宜用颜色箭头表示。13.2空调风管(1) 管材:空调新风风管采用镀锌钢板制作;与散流器静压箱连接的风管,采用保温金属软管。(2) 保温:空调风管保温材料采用带铝箔的离心超细玻璃棉板,厚度为40mm(用塑料钉固定在风管上),外缠玻璃布保护层,在刷防火漆两道。(3) 风管穿越机房、楼板、防火墙处,除设有防火阀外,还应将其联接的风管用2mm厚普通钢板制作,在风管穿越部位用非燃烧材料密实封严,防火阀的安装应注意便于更换温度熔短器并应在其调节把手处设一吊顶检查孔(350mm×350mm),防火阀应设独立的支吊架。(4) 穿越沉降缝、变形缝的风管两侧,以及与新风机组进、出口的连结处,应设置长200mm的软接头,软接头应采用耐火石棉帆布制作。13.3其它(1) 图中所注平面尺寸以毫米(mm)计。(2) 所有的设备基础均-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计应待设备到货,核对其他脚螺栓尺寸无误后,方可浇筑,在施工过程中,请与土建专业密切配合,做好风管、水管穿墙及楼板孔洞的预留工作。(3) 所有的热泵机组、水泵等机座与基础间作20mm后棕胶减震垫。(4) 热泵机组、风机盘管、水泵、新风机组、各类阀门配件等设备到货后,应仔细查其产品性能规格是否符合设计要求和生产厂家的技术规定,且在确认其主体和零配件无任何缺损、锈蚀等情况,各种技术文件齐全后方可安装。(5) 管道支吊架宜生根于梁柱上,一般采用脚掌螺栓紧固,对承重大的吊架则应采用梁柱预埋钢板;砖墙上为钢托架安装,土建施工时要与其做好预埋件的配合工作;空调机房内大管径水管则用脚钢紧固在梁上。其他未说明部分,请按《采暖与卫生工程施工及验收规范》(GBJ242—82),《通风与空调工程施工及验收规范》(GBJ243—82),《机械设备安装工程及验收通用规范》(GBJ243—98),《建筑设备施工安装图集》(91SB6),《低温热水地板辐射采暖技术规程》(DBJ14—BT14—2002),以及其他的国家标准或行业标准进行施工。-115- 安徽理工大学土木工程系毕业设计14总结在经过三个月的努力后我终于完成了本次毕业设计,包括设计说明书以及设计施工图纸。在此设计过程中我的感受颇深。通过毕业设计,本人巩固了四年来所学的知识,把所学的零星知识串成了一个整体;对空调系统有了一个比较完整的认识和了解,并系统的掌握了设计的过程和方法。在设计中,我学到了许多在书本上学不到的知识,如:空调风系统的消声设计计算以及空调风系统的保温设计。以前在书本上只是提到在不满足房间噪音要求时应进行空调系统的消声设计计算,并没有教我们到底该怎么样去进行设计计算。而在此设计中,则作为一个部分进行实际的计算。通过这样的计算和设计,增强了我对理论知识的理解,还加强了实践动手能力。通过设计施工图纸的“计算机制图”,不仅加深了暖通工程施工安装方面的理论知识;也对空调方面的各种设备的结构、原理、尺寸以及价格都有一定的了解;并且通过图纸的设计与绘制,提高了我的耐性及绘图技能。至于本系统的设计方案,因受本身的思维和知识水平限制,导致设计中很少有创新之处。由于是第一次真正意义上的自己动手来进行一个大的比较全面的系统设计,缺少经验和相关的知识积累,使得本次的设计可能显的并不是那么满意。但终究是自己动脑动手一步一步做出来的,这点使我在遗憾之余感到些许欣慰。毕竟使自己对这方面有了比课程设计还全面的了解。在设计中的每一步,我都做了认真的考虑,在这样点滴考虑与思量过程中,我摸索到空调设计要点,更清晰了解整个设计过程。相信本人在以后的工作过程中,理论结合实践,经过不懈的努力,在本专业方面会有更大的进步。经过不懈努力,终于圆满完成了《南京市某宾馆中央空调系统设计》;硕果丰收,其中除有自己本身的艰辛付出,更离不开指导老师—王伟老师的言传身教。从毕业设计开始到结束,老师经常给我们进行设计辅导,为方便设计提供了大量的资料,并经常和我们交流,指出设计中的优点与不足。在此感谢老师对我的帮助和指导。由于本人还处于一种学习的状态之中,能力有限,时间和资料的不足,本设计中不足之处,恳请各位老师、同学批评指正,有待日后改正,以进一步提高我在各方面的专业水平。-115-
