3、ction,what’smore,itishardtoobtaintheoptimumcombinationofcoupledparameters.Withthedevelopmentofcomputerscienceandfiniteelementmethod,theoptimizationofstampingprocessparameterswhichisbasedonnumericalsimulationhasdevelopedonagreatextent.Itwillleadtoprolongthetimeofcompute

4、rsimulationifitonlydependonsimpleiterativedesignandtraditionalweighingmethod,anditisalsoimpossibletoproducepartswithsteadyquality.RecentlythestampingprocessofautomotivecoveringpartsismostlybasedonindependentCAEsoftwares.ThesestampingCAEsoftwares’modelingabilityisweak,s

5、oitisprobablythattheprecisionofmodelingpartsandoptimizationwillbeimpairedwhenthepartsdataistransformedbetweenCADandCAEplatform.Tosolvetheseproblems,theparametersoptimizationsystemisdevelopedbasedontheFormingSimulationApplication.Recentlythestampingprocessofautomotiveco

6、veringpartsismostlybasedonindependentCAEsoftwares.ThesestampingCAEsoftwares’modelingabilityisweak,soitisprobablythattheprecisionofmodelingpartsandoptimizationwillbeimpairedwhenthepartsdataistransformedbetweenCADandCAEplatform.Tosolvetheseproblems,theparametersoptimizat
