1、摘要6)灌流过程中，枸橼酸组以及水蛭素组均无皮肤粘膜出血和(或)手术创口渗血，滤器无凝血；肝素组有1只手术创口渗血和1只粘膜出血(均注射鱼精蛋白拮抗后恢复)，滤器无凝血；手术组灌流过程中灌流器均因凝血而堵塞并导致蠕动泵无法转动，灌流器停止工作，时间为44．45+13．27min。各组之间的动物生存时间无统计学差异(p>O．05)。结论：抗凝剂辅助血液灌流能够改善脓毒症过程中的凝血⋯抗凝系统紊乱，避免发展到DIC。在脓毒症血液灌流中应用枸橼酸，水蛭素，肝素钠抗凝均能在一定程度上改善凝血障碍；枸橼酸安全、有效，为三者首选。关键词：抗凝荆脓毒症血液灌流
