2、roductivity.Inthisthesis,wepreparedsustained-releasedroppingpillsusingdipyridamole(DIP)asthemodeldrug.Westudiedtheformulaandformingtechnologyaccordingtotheresultsofthepreliminarytest;theorthogonalexperimentwascarriedouttoselecttheformationaccordingtotherateofaccretio,qualificationofcircular,the
3、RSDofweight,andoptimalformulabyhardnessanddrugrelease.Thequalityofthesustained—releasedroppingpillsWasevaluated,andstudyonpharmacokineticsWascarriedoutinanimalexperiments.First,methodwasestablishedtodetermineDIPbyultravioletspectrophotometrywhichwasaccurate,sensitiveandcouldbeusedindetermiantio
