1、调补肺肾法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的临床研究【摘要】 【目的】观察调补肺肾法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)的临床疗效。【方法】将42例特发性肺间质纤维化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各21例,治疗组采用调补肺肾方(由补骨脂、山萸肉、五味子、丹参、紫苏子、黄精、淮山、浙贝母、枇杷叶、炙麻黄等组成)治疗,对照组采用强的松治疗。2组均以3个月为1个疗程。观察2组治疗后总体临床疗效、肺功能[肺总量(TLC)、肺活量(VC)、肺一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)]及动脉血氧分压(PaO2)的变化。【结果】总有效率治疗组为66
2、.7%,对照组为47.6%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的TLC、VC、DLCO、PaO2水平均有明显改善(与治疗前比较,P<0.05),但2组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。【结论】调补肺肾法既可改善IPF的症状,又可改善患者肺功能,从而进一步控制IPF的进展,提高患者生活质量,延长患者生存时间。【关键词】特发性肺间质纤维化/中药疗法;调补肺肾 Abstract:ObjectiveToobservethetherapeuticeffectofth

6、esultsThetotaleffectiveratewas66.7%inthetreatmentgroupand47.6%inthecontrolgroup,thedifferencebeingsignificant(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,TLC,VC,DLCOandPaO2wereimprovedobviouslyinbothgroups(P<0.05comparedwiththosebeforetreatment),butthedifferencesbetween

8、THICPULMONARYINTERSTITIALFIBROSIS/TCDtherapy; 特发性肺间质纤维化(idiopathicpulmonaryfibrosis,IPF)是一种以普通型间质性肺炎为特征性病理改变的慢性、弥漫性肺间质疾病,多隐匿起病,主要表现为逐渐加重的呼吸困难,伴有刺激性干咳,病情一般持续进展,其预后多不佳[1]。传统的治疗是糖皮质激素与细胞毒药物的联合应用,但总体治疗效果并不理想。近年来我们运用调补肺
