1、摘要摘要DP公司装配车间精益生产应用研究精益生产方式是继大量生产方式之后在日本丰田汽车公司诞生的全新生产方式。丰田生产方式的目的在于彻底杜绝企业内部的各种浪费，以提高生产效率，它通过追求持续地降低生产成本、提高质量、实现无废品和零库存结果，消除一切无效劳动和浪费的生产目标，并以多品种、小批量、高效益和低消耗为核心特征。DP公司作为汽车生产企业,在面对激烈多变和复杂的竞争环境以及产品利润的不断压缩,为了在市场上占领一席之地,只有外部扩大销售份额,内部优化生产过程,降低产品成本,提高内部运营流程的速度,以满足客户的需
2、求并提高企业的竞争力。通过引入精益生产方式,改善原有的生产管理模式,及时对变化的内外部环境做出快速反应,以保持竞争优势。本文基于这一意义,关注DP公司如何通过引入精益生产方式提高企业的核心竞争力。文中所分析的DP公司装配车间现状以及存在的问题，是我国很多制造型企业共同存在的问题和需要改进提高的地方。本文首先对精益生产的相关理论进行了回顾，然后在此基础上分析了DP公司生产管理中存在的问题，然后提出了精益生产在DP公司装配车间的应用及实施。希望能抛砖引玉，对相关领域的研究有所贡献。关键词：精益生产，工业工程，全面生产
