ShanghaiLianhengIsocyanateCompanyLimited.SLICcMDI2PROJECTMDI上海联恒异氰酸酯有限公司MDI扩建项目文件编号FilesNo:CMDI-CP02-MS-0008版本Rev:1页:19/201.projectoutline工程概述TheprojectislocatedinSCIP,eastofthelianheroad,northofnanheRoad,westofchuhuaroad,southofshengongroad,thediveofdivepartsoillayerismainlycloselyrelatedwiththeprojectconstruction.itsmainsupplysourcearemeteoricwatersandsurfacerunoff,stablewaterdepthofsubsurfacedivingis1.0meters~1.4meters.本项目位于上海化学工业区内,联合路以东、南河路以北、楚华路以西、神工路以南的区域。与本工程建设密切相关的主要为潜部土层中的潜水,其补给来源主要为大气降水与地表径流,地下潜水稳定水位埋深为1.0米~1.4米。Consideringthelocalsoiltextureconditions,fortheconvenienceofthesuccessfuldeveloping,andtoimprovethestabilityofearthslopeexcavationtoavoidthesandflowing,wedecidetousethewayoflightwellpointdewatering.结合土质情况,为了便于本工程的顺利开展,提高土方开挖基坑边坡的稳定性防止流砂现象的发生,采用轻型井点降水的方法。Thelightwellpointsystemis,thatthepipeshallbesetandembeddedintotheaquiferoutsidethefoundationpit,thetopofthewellpointpipecombineswiththecollectormainpipethroughtheconnectingbendpipe,whilethecollectorpipecombineswiththevacuumpumpandthecentrifugalpump,startthepumpingequipment,theundergroundwaterwillflowacrossthefilterpipetothesuctionofvacuumpump,thenintothewellpointpipeandthecollectormainpipe,afterexhaustair,thenrunofffromthedrainpipeofthecentrifugalpumptolowertheundergroundwaterleveltothebottomofthefoundationpit.Theadvantageisthat,it’seasytouse,installanddismantlethesimplethemechanicalequipmentandtools,andcanhavebetterresultindewatering.轻型井点系在基坑外围埋设井点管深入含水层内,井点管的上端通过连接弯管与集水总管连接,集水总管再与真空泵和离心水泵相连,启动抽水设备,地下水便在真空泵吸力的作用下,经滤水管进入井点管和集水总管,排出空气后,由离心水泵的排水管排出,使地下水位降到基坑底以下。其优点是机具设备简单,使用灵活,装拆方便,降水效果好的特点。2.MaterialRequirements材料要求2.1Wellpointpipe井点管Usethesteelpipe(D=50mm)whosebottomisweldedbysteelplatewiththethicknessof4.0mm,andat2mawayfromthebottom,borequincuncialholes(D=10mm)withthespacingof20mm,armourthebottomwithonenylonwindowscreen,thenusewire Fromthecalculatedresultandtheattachedplan,therearethreeplanstochoose:依据上述计算结果,基坑/基槽开挖轻型点井降水方案选择如下:1)plan1issuitableforfoundationexcavationrainfallthatissquare,rectangular,orsimilarlyshapedfoundationexcavationwithin1.75m.suchasA440A441,A442,A444A445,A446,A450,A454andothersuitableponds,excavationrainfalletcs'wellspacingofbuildingfoundationexcavationrainfallis1.8m,pointwellpipelayingdepthis4m;方案一适用于降水深度1.75m以内、方形、矩形、或者类似形状的基础开挖降水。如A440A441、A442、A444A445、A446、A450、A454以及其他适合水池、建筑物基础的开挖降水等井间距为1.8m、点井管埋设深度4m;2)planIIissuitableforfoundationexcavationprecipitationlthatissquare,rectangular,orsimilarlyshapedfoundationexcavationwithin2.5m.suchasA440pool,A443,A453,andothersuitableponds,excavationprecipitationofbuildingfoundation.settingwellpointsinannulus,wellspacingis1.8m,thelayingdepthofpointwellpipeis5m.firstlyA440excavatestotheraftfoundationpiletopelevationabove50cmparts,aftersteelsheetpileconstructioniscomplete,setwellpointrainfallaroundpondstodoprecipitation.方案二适用于降水深度在2.5m以内、方形、矩形、或者类似形状的基础开挖降水。如A440水池、A443、A453、以及其他适合水池、建筑物基础的开挖降水等。环形布设点井,井间距1.8m、点井管埋设深度5m。其中A ShanghaiLianhengIsocyanateCompanyLimited.SLICcMDI2PROJECTMDI上海联恒异氰酸酯有限公司MDI扩建项目文件编号FilesNo:CMDI-CP02-MS-0008版本Rev:1页:19/205.3Embeddingofthewellpointpipe井点管埋设Drillholes(D=300mm)byhydraulicgiant,theactualdepthofthewellis50cmdeeperthandesigned;putthewellpointpipeintothecenterofthewellbymanpowerandleft200mmoutside,thenputthecoarsesand(D=2~4mm)evenlyaroundthepipe,sealthetop(Depth=1.0m)withclaytoavoidleak.用高压水枪冲击成孔,孔径为300mm,实际井深比井点设计深50cm;用人工方式将井点管徐徐插入井孔中央,顶端露出地面200mm。然后沿井点管四周均匀倒入2~4mm粒径粗砂,上部1.0m深度内,用粘土填实以防漏气。5.4Mainpipeconnection总管连接Wellpointpipeshallconnectthemainpipeafterembedding.Themainpipesareset50cmawayfromthewellpoints,excavateandlevelatrenchbeforepipeinstallation,thenputthepipealignedintothetrench,installtheboltontheflange,addtherubberseal,thentightentheflangebolt,sealtheendofthemainpipewithflange.Oncethemainpipeswerelaidalready,connectthewellpointpipeandthemainpipewithwatersuctionhose,wrapitwith8#wire.Thenconnectthepipeassemblywithwatersuctionequipment,andconnectthesupplypowertohavethewaterpumpingtesttochecktheleakageandsilting,ifanyabnormalsituations,itcannotbeusedunlesscorrectiveactionshasbeentaken,takepressuremeterforexample,itcannotbeusedunlessthatthepressurereadingischangedbetween0.15MPaand0.20MPa,andthatthedegreeofvacuumexceeds93.3KPa,whichmeansthereisnoproblemfortheconnection.井点管埋设完毕应接通总管。总管设在井点管外侧50cm处,铺前先挖沟槽,并将槽底整平,将配好的管子逐根放入沟内,在端头法兰穿上螺栓,垫上橡胶密封圈,并拧紧法兰螺栓,用法兰封牢总管端部。一旦井点干管铺好,用吸水胶管将井点管与干管连接,并用8号铁丝绑牢。一组井点管部件连接完毕后,与抽水设备连通,接通电源,即可进行试抽水,检查有无漏气、淤塞情况,出水是否正常,如有异常情况,检修后方可使用,如压力表读数在0.15~0.20MPa,真空度在93.3kPa以上,表明各连接系统无问题,即可投入正常使用。5.5Drainofthewellpoint井点排水Whenthewellpointswork,keeppumpingcontinually,andpreparedtwopowersuppliestoavoidthepowercut.Generally,thewaterlevelwillbestableafterthreetofivedays.Whendewatering,keepsurveyingthelevelofbuildingsinthisarea,oncelandsubsidenceorhorizontaldisplacement,takeprotectiveactionatonce. ShanghaiLianhengIsocyanateCompanyLimited.SLICcMDI2PROJECTMDI上海联恒异氰酸酯有限公司MDI扩建项目文件编号FilesNo:CMDI-CP02-MS-0008版本Rev:1页:19/20井点管埋设后,管口要用木塞堵住,以防异物掉入管内堵塞。7.3Keeppumpingcontinuallywhenusingthewellpoint,andpreparepowersupplytostandbytoavoidobstacles.井点使用应保持连续抽水,并设一备用电源,以避免泥渣沉淀淤管。2Safetyaction安全措施8.1HSEmanagementprocedureHSE管理程序TheHSEmanagementprocedureisestablishedandcompletedaccordingtotherequirementsofmanagementcompany,clientandourselves,anditcoversthesafetymanagementworkandtheactualdemand,includingtraining,preventiveactions,supervision,instruction,execution,analysis,reportandsoon,submittotherelativedepartmentaccordingtoDocumentControlProcedure.项目部根据管理公司、业主、企业自身等各方要求,建立和完善了本工程的HSE管理程序,HSE程序文件的内容覆盖了本项的安全管理工作和实际需要,包括培训、预防、监督、指导、执行、分析、报告等,通过《文件控制程序》递交有关部门。8.2SafetyNotifications安全事项要求(1)EachonetakingpartinthewellpointofdewateringshallfollowtheHSErequirements,andfollowtheactionsandmethodsdescribedinJSAoftheProject.参与井点降水作业人员,必须完全遵守本工程项目各方的HSE要求,遵照项目经理部的JSA文件中所需要采取的措施、方法。(2)Educateemployeewithsafetyisthefirst,andpreventionisveryimportant.Instaurationfulltimesafetyperson,andprocessingsafetyinspectionandsafetyeducationbeforestartingworkofeveryday.教育职工树立“安全第一,预防为主”的安全意识。设立专职安全员,实行安全值班制,每天上班前进行安全检查、安全教育。(3)Setobvioussafetysignplateinconstructionsite.施工现场要有醒目的安全标志牌。(4)Beforetheholesenterthewellpoints,itmustbesealedbytheblindpatchtoavoidaccidentorsoilentered.已成孔的尚未下井点前,井孔必须使用盖板封严,以免掉土或发生人员安全事故。(5)Eachsupervisorshallbeindividuallyresponsiblefortheirelectromechanicalequipment,onemachineonevalve,followtherequirementofgroundingandzeroterminating,andinstallleakageprotector.Allthefollowingsshallbewaterproof,switchbox,connectorandthesocket.Whenmaintainthewaterpumpandassemblies,thepowershallbecutoff,andhot-lineworkprohibited.
