3、ents’interest,fostertheirpositiveattitudetoEnglish,setuptheirconfidencewhichcanhelpthemcommunicateindailylifeinsimpleEnglishforestablishingthefoundationtolearnEnglishmuchdeeperlater.Besidestheteachershavetosetupmerrycircumstanceandatmosphere,studentsareenjoyableandhappytotakepartintheEnglish

4、speakingactivitiesHowtoimprovethequalityoforalEnglishteachinghasbecomeanimperativeproblemforChineseeducatorstosolve.Thisarticle,therefore,byanalyzingtheproblemsexistinginspokenEnglishteachinginTibet,aimsatputtingforwardsomeeffectivemethodsforTibetanjuniormiddleschoolspokenEnglishteaching.Iti

6、norityareasandcarriedoutsignificantresearches.TheirfindingshavesignificantlypromotedEnglishteachingintheseareas.ZhongLing,WangYingpointedoutintheirbooksmanyproblemsandstrategiesregardingspokenEnglishteachinginminorityareas.Theauthorsemphasizethatonthebasicofunderstandingmothertongue,students

7、shouldlearnmoreabouttheEnglishvocabularyandgrammar.Besides,theauthorsthinkthatit’snecessarytoconquerthepsychologicalburdenforstudentsinminorityareas,andthenspeakoutloudlyandbravely.WuFangPing(2006)emphasizesthechangingqualityofeducationbackgroundan
