1、哈尔滨商业大学本科毕业设计(论文)可食性油墨的Y型反射光纤光谱的建立学生姓名:指导教师:专业班级:印刷工程学号:学院:轻工学院二〇XX年六月五日哈尔滨商业大学本科毕业设计(论文)摘要基于环保型油墨的广泛使用,一种可食性的绿色环保油墨应运而生。它是一种可以食用的油墨并且可以直接印刷在食品的表面,本文通过查阅资料分析确定可食性油墨的组成,并确定了可食性油墨的连接料、颜料、助剂,通过大量的实验确定了不同色素所对应的可食性油墨的各组分的比重,最终得到了性能最好的可食性油墨。并用Y型光纤对其反射率进行测量与分析建立可食性油墨的Y型反射光纤光谱。经过多次实验得到以大豆油、蒸馏水、蔗糖、色素、阿拉伯胶、乙醇
2、、分散剂5040得到的可食性油墨性能最稳定,本实验设计了色素浓度为1%、3%、5%、7%、9%的可食性油墨。当色素为红曲红、栀子蓝、栀子黄,其重量比为20:10:16.4:0.5:0.1:2:1;当色素为柠檬黄、亮蓝,其重量比为8.3:10.5:12:0.34:0.2:2:1;将得到的可食性油墨用丝网印刷的方式印刷在纸上,利用光纤为Y型的微小型光纤光谱仪和分光光度计测量出五种色素浓度的油墨的反射率,再将得到的数据在Origin软件中进行处理得到反射光纤光谱。经实验数据以及反射光纤光谱图分析反射率与色素的浓度成反比关系。光纤光谱仪与分光光度仪相比不能够全面的反映色素的特征。关键词:可食性油墨;丝
