1、显微外路手术与传统外路手术治疗简单孔源性视网膜脱离疗效观察湖南省株洲市屮心医院眼科株洲412000摘要：目的比较显微外路及传统外路手术治疗简单孔源性视网膜脫离疗效差异。方法回顾系列病例研究，收集我科2009年1月至2014年12月简单孔源性视网膜脱离连续性病例M5例M5眼,男63例63眼,女54例54眼，年龄26〜67岁,平均50.1±2.3岁。所有患者按临床随机化原则，分为A,B两组，其屮A组接受传统外路视网膜脱落复位手术，B组接受显微外路视网膜脱落复位手术。术后检查患者矫正视力，观察视网
2、膜裂孔封闭、视网膜复位情况及并发症发生情况等，并将a,B两组进行统计学分析。结果术前两组患者基本情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o两组患者裂孔准确定位率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；裂孔封闭率显微外路组(64/65)高于传统外路组(45/54)(P<0.01)；一次手术解剖复位成功率显微外路组(58/65)高于传统外路组(44/54)(P<0.05)。两组患者术屮术后并发症(包括放液出血、医源性视网膜裂孔、青光眼、脉络膜脱离、眼内炎、术后眼内出血、视网膜坏死等)发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.
