1、领导者权力对内部控制有效性影响研究摘要随着我国内部控制规范的全面实施，如何贯彻执行内部控制规范、切实提高内部控制有效性，已成为当前亟待研究的重要课题。毫无疑问，人是保证内部控制有效运行的根本因素，而领导者因其在公司具有较大权力和较高地位，对内部控制的有效运行有着更为重要的影响。因此本文拟就领导者权力的运用对内部控制有效性的影响进行分析和研究。本文运用文献分析与逻辑推演方法，分别对领导者权力与内部控制有效性进行界定，并建立本文理论模型；运用问卷调查法，借鉴RLPI量表设计领导者权力量表，并据理论自行设计内部控制有效性量表，发放问卷评价公
2、司领导者权力运用和内部控制有效性；运用因子分析、描述性统计、相关性分析、多元回归分析法等统计方法就领导者权力对内部控制有效性的影响进行数据分析，为领导者正确运用权力提高内部控制有效性提供依据。研究发现，除领导者的强制权与内部控制有效性呈不显著的负相关外，领导者的奖赏权、合法权、专家权和崇拜权与内部控制有效性均呈显著正相关；领导者非职位权力比职位权力对内部控制有效性更有影响力。据此，我们提出，在内部控制建设和实施过程中，应当软硬结合，在职位权力的基础上充分发挥非职位权力；领导者对强制权的运用应当适度，对奖赏权、合法权、专家权和崇拜权的运
